And when I need classy or stylish clothings, Dillard’s is my go-to place. It is expensive, though. However, there are times they go on sale and you’ll be able to snag rich-looking merch at a discounted price. It is also here that I buy my Vionic sandals for my feet with plantar fasciitis. That pair of sandals is durable and gives my painful feet the much-needed relief. It is highly recommended for those having the said foot ailment. In Laredo, only Dillards sell those Vionic footwear.”

“This location is usually pretty pleasant and helpful… however today when stopping there to check and see if they had propane for us to do an exchange an older woman was INCREDIBLY rude yelling at my husband to take his tank outside when he told her was trying to find out if they had it before he just left his tank outside. She really needs to watch her attitude and tone that she claims not to have when she’s dealing with customers. It’s unnecessary and not very “customer friendly behavior.” Hope it’s addressed.”

”I am giving 5 Stars because the employee that helped me in the jewelry dept (what's left of it) was so sweet and helpful I was looking for a gift and wanted a bracelet but they were out of my price range ( they only had 2 designs in the whole dept); I decided on some pretty earring and we found out they were on sale. Then she reminded me to add my phone number to get my rewards which I had $5 then she got me a coupon for 20% off fine jewelry so she helped me save on my purchase. And I love getting good deals she was very friendly and sweet and a big help as my husband was waiting in the parking lot. The first time I went to the counter no one was around and I waited and waited so went to look for something else. The store was pretty picked over in some areas , jewelry for one actually looks like they are selling out of the jewelry dept. Most Kohl's I have been to have lots of jewelry the counter with them bute gemstones silver and gold but not here they only had a couple of display cases with jewelry the others had electronics. I didn't see any perfume in the store or makeup. So glad when I walked back around I saw the associate so I wouldn't leave empty handed.. I wish I asked her name . The 5 Star review is for the sales associate at the Pearland Texas location”

”If I could rate lower I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Selected this company as my prime source for pet food supply. Up until 9/22, it would have remained this way. On 9/22 at 9:43 AM, I approached the counter with a bag of cat food (Purina Pro Plan). For the past 5 years, I have been able to use my membership under Purina to have discounts at Tractor supply, a supplier of Purina products. I’m able to use this since my wife is a veterinarian student and former veterinary technician (they fix your pets, so the industry gives back to its experts. Makes sense.) Using this method every couple of weeks for the past 5 years to feed our pets, I have never run into the issue I had at the Canyon Rd Tractor Supply with Manager Steve and his sidekick (didn’t catch his name), nor have I dealt with the amount of unprofessional attitude, condension, and disrespect as I did that day. With a bag of cat food, I pulled out my logged in membership account and presented it as always ready to pay. Steve said “well you’ve never done this with me” implying he’s already set out to be a hardass and make life difficult. He continues to express that he knows everything about the company and all the policies and this is not part of it. As any regular customer does, they press on the matter with “please double check” and “I was just here doing this 2 weeks ago”. He continues to oppose me on this subject. I literally do this 1 or twice a month, and again, have done so for the latter 5 years! He says, “we’re here to make money, how am I supposed to do this?” I’m just a loyal customer ready to make the payment. After that I said “Really? Even though I do this every other week? If you wanted to make money, you just failed your company and your customer. You don’t get a sale from me anymore.” I plopped the bag on his counter for him to restock and left. You, sir, have bad customer skills and should not be in a management position - coming from a manager himself. P.S. I left, went to Pet Supplies Plus (who has a fully stocked shelf - unlike tractor supply) and got exactly what I needed for my hungry pets at the discount I am supposed to get. ”The lack of customer service in this store is disgusting , if “James Avery Artisan “ wasn’t posted on the build this place would be out of business. When I say this place has the poorest quality of service in a staff/Leadership I mean it !!! You will experience rude , abysmal, ignorant , childish attitudes, etc …..in this establishment. Upon my visit at this location I had a simple return that I provided a receipt for (purchase date 12/7/23 ), the item ( new unused (To The Moon Back Pendant) , the original bag/pouch , and box . The initial associate that was assisting me requested the help of Lead LeeAnn to authorize my return. Lead LeeAnn initially stated that she would not refund or exchange my item due to the state of my item being “damaged”. I informed Leeann that the item never left the box we had just purchased it on the 7th and decided to get something different . She insisted it was and even had the audacity to try and hand me a jewelers loop to inspect the item to see so called “dings/scratches” and gave me lesson on benchwork (which is above her pay grade and skill set). I then requested to speak to the Store Manager due to her nasty rude attitude , LeeAnn and associate both disappeared for about 5-6 minutes only to not return with the store manager , LeeAnn then stated that “ I would ALLOW you to return the item”. The transaction then proceeds on with Lead LeeAnn standing over my initial associate that was assisting me . LeeAnn then interjected herself into the transaction to verbally verified that I did still had the form of payment which I stated it was fine for the funds to go back to the original card . She proceeds to request to look my card to verify that it was mines . Which concluded my services there , LeeAnn tried to intimidate , humiliated and belittled me in front of the staff , and other customers. I then took pictures to provide customer service/ store review and she reached for my phone and threatened to call the police on me . If that wasn’t the worst part she then stole my receipt and ran to the back of the store leavening me with the original associate bewildered. I once again requested to speak to a manager to receive my receipt and communication LeeAnn rudeness. After few minutes goes by LeeAnn resurfaced with my receipt in hand only to telling the manager that she wasn’t indeed not going to relinquish receipt. After a while the manager retrieve my receipt and returns it to me. The whole ordeal made me feel as if I wasn’t a valued customer/ guest which is super disheartening. I’ve been collecting James Avery for years I’ve never been treated or spoken too so rudely. Below to the left is my pendant I was returning and to the right a pendant from their stock she used to give me lesson on.”
