“My visit to this car dealership in Lubbock was disappointing. Initially, Michael, the salesperson, was helpful. I was interested in upgrading my BMW to an Audi, test-driving an S5 and a pre-owned GT Etron. While I was test driving the S5, another person showed interest in the GT Etron but didn't purchase it. When I wanted to test drive the Etron, the salesperson informed me that I could only do so after completing a credit application based of his manager’s saying. The manager, Nic Niglio, seemed to judge my financial capacity based on my appearance and race, refusing the test drive without a credit check. This experience was the worst I've encountered at any dealership in Lubbock. They insisted on a credit check before finalizing any decision on a car or price. I strongly advise considering other dealerships of Cavenders like BMW, Mercedes, or out-of-town Audi dealers in Dallas, Austin, or Albuquerque, where people aren't judged based on appearance or race and aren't pressured into a credit check before final decisions are made. I won't be recommending this showroom to anyone, including friends and family. If there was option, I would give 0 star to the manager and 4 star to Michael for trying.”

”We have visited to get a used vehicle here from a reference and the day one was a great experience. The service executive is calm and polite, helped us a lot. Unfortunately we noticed couple of issues on the used vehicle and we couldn’t move forward with the deal. Later we visited to check out few other options but the next time another person comes to us it was not so great experience. It was not professional at all and the person seems to pay no attention to us. It looked like they have no interest into getting into a deal. Forcing to take their own finance and no interest to wait. Well, we don’t have to visit this place again.”

”Seth and the whole team at Destin Auto in Princeton are amazing! I have been taking my vehicles there for several years now and they have always given top notch service! I now have two teenagers that drive and they also take their vehicles there. I’d like to highlight two examples where Seth has been honest to a fault and always made me feel like he was doing everything he could so make sure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need to be paying. My car was having transmission issues. Being that Destin isn’t a transmission repair shop Seth wasn’t positive exactly that the transmission needed to be replaced but confident enough to recommend me going ahead and taking my car to a transmission shop do that I didn’t have to pay them to check it and replace something and then find out that it was intact my transmission! In the end it was my transmission and I was grateful that he was so honest when he could have checked my car, tried to replace something, charged me for it and then I would have had to replace my transmission anyway! Second event has been my daughters car we just purchased this year! It’s am older VW and has had issues since we bought it. It needed to pass inspection and it was proving to be very difficult to pass inspection before the check engine light would come back on for then to have to start the process all over again! Seth and team did not give up! They kept trying and trying and finally figure out what was wrong, passed the Inspection and didn’t even end up charging me for all the work they did on it. Anytime I need something done with any of my families cars I don’t even think twice about where to take it!”
