“Stayed here for a short business trip. Hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. This goes from the lobby, breakfast area, common facilities, and the rooms. Check-in and check-out process was very fast. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Was only a few minutes from arriving at the desk to being in my room. Room was spacious and had the usual Suites amenities from the refrigerator, dishes, silverware, microwave, working area, living room, etc... It was more than I needed for the short trip, but it's always nice to have. Breakfast was really nice. Had many hot breakfast sandwich options from croissants, biscuits, muffins, subs with different combos of meats and cheeses. Also, had yogurts, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, etc... There was a good selection. Overall, very nice stay, friendly staff, and many amenities. Will stay here again when in the area. There's 2 EV parking spots out front which was convenient.”

“The hotel was very clean and safe. The check in was seamless and the clerk even linked my honors points even though I booked third party. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was your average Continental but very good. We made it with 15 min to finish and it was still fully stocked. Our room was close to elevator but didn’t hear a thing. I will def stay again. The only Con: I wasn’t given free beverage being a Hilton honor. I’m use to getting at least 2 water bottles lol”

“Came here for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. The location is great, near Wal mart and restaurants. Check in and out were easy, the staff was nice. The rooms were really nice and clean. AC worked and beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well in our rooms and it was nice and quiet. The free breakfast was good too. Not a fan of their eggs and sausage but they also had toast, bagels, oatmeal, and you can make your own waffles. They also had juice, milk, tea, and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Positives: rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and in good shape. Luggage carts are large, in good shape, and readily available. Staff is reasonably friendly. Negatives: Rooms extremely dark at night, due to lack of lighting. One truly struggles to find a spot in the room that is light enough to read a book. See photos. Even in the bathroom, the mirror light dimly shines the brand colors, instead of JUST PROVIDING LIGHT. To compensate, though, the blackout curtains are not effective enough to keep the room dark in the morning. Breakfast ends at 9, so if you're on any kind of vacation-like sleep schedule, the hotel has no breakfast as far as you're concerned. Response seems AI generated.”

”No secure parking, be prepared for your vehicle to be broken into. Nice hotel, clean, good location and good breakfast, but no crime prevention in place. My truck was broken into overnight and staff was indifferent. Apparently this is a common occurrence in this area, yet this particular hotel has decided not to install cameras. Camera systems are relatively cheap so they must just not care enough to try and protect their customers' possessions.”

”I was in town for a conference but wanted to be close to the highway and places to eat. I was happy to find the Fairfield Inn & Suites by The Domain. I reserved a king bed suite, which was quite spacious. The separate living area is great to sit and chill or eat a meal. The desk has more than enough outlets, which means it was designed with today's person in mind. I didn't find any USB outlets, so that can be an issue for some. The bed isn't the most luxurious, but it's decent. I slept well and I had a room facing the highway. I'm not a light sleeper, but I didn't even hear the highway or the train nearby. Overall, this is a great value. The front desk team is polite and very cordial. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good too minus the turkey sausage.”

”Find a different hotel. I thought that "La Quinta" had a good reputation. I discovered that you don't want to stay at this one for sure. I normally stay with Choice hotels. Due to November weather, we chose this location for the indoor pool. The room was as hoped. But, strange things like a the shower floor was soft like it was going to fall through. The shower control and spout floated around like the installation was incomplete. And the tub had a real slow drain. Ankle deep bathwater at the end of the shower. And there is a surprise "NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE" clause you need to sign upon check-in. Guests are required to exchange towels and linens at the front desk. The bar of soap can only be described as a sliver. The front desk clerk gave me a hard time when I requested two more. So unexpected. Breakfast service was below "La Quinta" standards too. The water dispenser was room temperature, not iced or even chilled. The juices were both empty with no attendant around. Apples were the only selection for fruit. Sliced bread and baby muffins, but why no bagels? And, what is the deal with the eggs? Crumbly eggs on one day and then flat cubes on another day. And why are they serving strange white sausages?”

”Great Hotel! We stayed here for a weekend for an anniversary trip. The room was modern and updated. We were less than 10 minutes from the Riverwalk and they have a free shuttle! I didn't move my car the whole time! From the staff to the Shuttle Driver Cal was absolutely incredibly. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Their gym was the nicest gym in a hotel I've ever seen. If you are looking for a budget friendly option, with free parking and great service this is the place for you!”

”We stayed here for the Cotton Bowl December 28 - December 30. Location is perfect for any event happening at ATT Stadium, Global Life Stadium, and Six Flags over Texas. Hotel is located right off the highway next to a mall but the beauty its 6 miles from the stadiums. You can easily avoid the highway and drive through some neighborhood roads to the stadium for a simple stressfree trip. Blue Lot 11 at ATT Stadium was perfect to get in and out of to the back roads. Also being next to a mall and main drag plenty of food and shopping options Staff was friendly , front desk was quick and nice. Appreciate the breakfast attendant as well. Our room was fine - Two queen beds. Only complaint the mattresses need to be replaced for springy and sinking feeling - prefer more firm mattress. I slept fine - Water pressure in the shower was below average. Holiday Inn Express is always a favorite place of mine I enjoy. Comfy room, free breakfast, and nice staff”

”This was a great hotel. Since I arrived I was greeted by the famous Nancy at the front desk and she was a delight. I had booked a 2 queen bed room because I did not see any one bed and she offered to upgrade me to a 1 king bed at no extra charge. She is very kind and knows a lot about the area when asked her for directions and suggestions. She does deserve a raise. The bed was so relaxing and the room is quiet and neat. The hotel cleans rooms everyday and the lobby area looks so calm and relaxing. The workout room and pool were clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking my stay again in when in corpus.”

”Our room is very clean, but I do have a couple of concerns. First is they are not very sound resistant. There were people talking in the hall last night for over an hour and I understood every word. This was a problem because we needed to be up at 5:30am. Second there are loose tiles in room 206 in the floor. My daughter has some stability issues and we were concerned about the liability they pose. We are staying here to get images made at the hospital and to see a neurosurgeon, so I find this a bit haphazard when it comes to the guests. The toilet seat is too short for the long toilet and needs to be replaced with the appropriate size. The toilet is also too low. I am a short person and found the height and issue. My daughter with stability issues really had a problem with the height of the toilet. That being said. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room. The beds are comfortable, the AC works almost too well. The complimentary breakfast is very much appreciated. They even have gluten free options which my daughter highly appreciated. I enjoyed coffee, orange juice, toast with cream cheese and bacon. We arrived a bit early because we had to be at the hospital so early and we're still able to eat a little something. My daughter got a gluten free blueberry muffin, coffee and apple juice. The staff has been super friendly, and for those needing a longer stay, they have washer and dryers on the floors and soap for them down stairs in the lobby. I thought that was very useful information to know. Anyway, overall, a good stay.”
