“Hotel is fairly old. AC unit sounded like a V10 engine. Bathroom was VERY small. I’ve stayed at Drury Inn many times and have always been pleased. This place is not a disappointment but it is older and that should be known when booking. The main elevator was not working when we stayed. Location is great, though there is some road noise as would be anticipated in this busy area.”

“We love the Drury. They do appear to be a little understaffed as we had to wait over 40 minutes to get checked in. It was definitely not the fault of the hotel clerk she was doing her very best. We love the Drury because you get free food not only breakfast but dinner as well. It is just a great place to stay and a good value. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.”

“They just updated the rooms and made them feel like you’re staying in a hospital. They used to be so cozy and now they’re plain and just don’t feel cozy at all. Lights are brighter and they have wood floors so it echoes. Wish they would’ve kept the old style rooms because they were much more homey feeling.”

”Room was clean, had plenty of space and furniture, and was quiet. The view out the windows was half good with some green. Several drawer pulls were missing though. And one of the panes a double-pane window was gone with bits left in the frame. The gym had plenty of space with a cable machine, but missing some weights. The breakfast had several hot meats to choose from but the oatmeal was instant type. There were a lot of tree trucks parked on the road because the hotel has a contract with the city's tree cutting service. There's another hotel going up across the street so some construction traffic on the entrance road right now.”

Location is right off of the highway, but is in proximity to a fantastic half mile walking trail in the back. Real nice trail to have when driving all day. Hotel itself is well kept. Parking ample. Walking distance to a sushi place. Above all the customer service provided by the front desk lady was the best thing.”

”Probably one of the worst Holiday Inns in the area, and that's saying a lot. Place was a dump when I stayed there. The person checking you in also serves as a bartender, so you'll wait until all bar guests are satiated before then amble over to check you in. Then, there's the ridiculous $25/night "insurance" fee that isn't mentioned when booking through a third-party website. There's no other amenities to speak of, either. I though they'd at least have complementary coffee in the morning, but it turned out to be just a "restaurant" area and you had to buy coffee. Hallways were dank and smelled like stale cigarettes as though you were transported back to a bowling alley from the 70s. Windows were also thin, in typical cheap hotel fashion, and that made it extra fun to try and sleep with a "gathering" are for the bar right outside your window a few floors below. The only "good" part was that this was by a freeway, so if you're just there for one night and one night only, and not on the side of the building facing the noisy roadway, you should be fine. I'm astonished that this place has a 4-star rating. The company must be harping Google to cleanse that bad ones with actual ratings. Note: They also crowed about being "independently owned." I've been to Texas and lived in Texas, and independently owned just means "screw the customer/resident as much as possible."”

”Our first stay at this particular hotel. Just one night after a flight before heading back home. It was great, even decorated for Christmas. Don’t see that very often anymore. There wasn’t a ton of noise, very clean, nice room, wonderful staff, & the bed wasn’t too soft so we really slept great! We would definitely go here again. The location is good if you need to be up and on the road easy when leaving. Close to freeway access and gas station to fill up heading out. We also were able to pay for our room with American airline miles!”
