“We had a great time at this hotel! The breakfast was super yummy (tamales, Texas-shaped waffles, eggs, etc) and I loved that they had constant coffee and water throughout the day. Also, the bar in the lobby was great and had very affordable and yummy drinks! The two bartenders (guy and girl) that we met during our stay were the best!! Would definitely stay here again, not only for the great location but also the service and food!”

“This was a really great experience. I love the Drury Inn chain and was so pleased to see they were available in Texas too. They had fresh popcorn, snack pantry, breakfast, drinks, and dinner. Their pool was clean and everyone in it looked happy. There was also an exercise room and two computers for customers to use. Our rooms were clean and very cozy. This specific hotel was located in a great area, super close to dining, shopping, + entertainment.”

I didn't get her name, but the young lady that works breakfast with really long hair is a super star, not a single time do you not see her working. Always making sure the guests are taken care of, food is hot, fresh, and stocked up.”

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure. It's right off the freeway, but you can't hear any of the noise from cars flying by, which is nice. I liked that they had several brochures of attractions across Texas. We came from Northern Texas, and I picked up a brochure for visiting Plano. I had no idea all the cool stuff there was available up there. They have a little open marketplace next to the front desk that had a nice selection of items. And, the evening front desk manager was kind and friendly to speak with as we checked in. Lastly, the breakfast was decent. It was a typical hot continental breakfast. They have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which is fun.”

”This is our go-to place to stay when we have our 34 hour reset. It’s such a relief to come into this room, everything is clean and crisp, smells good and the various lighting helps set the mood for rest and relaxation. The bed is comfortable, plenty of pillows, a set of clean sheets and extra blanket are in the closet and the thermostat works very well. There are a set of four fluffy towels, washcloths and hand towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, there is a bathtub! and there is plenty of hot water to fill it. Roomy fridge, microwave and coffee pot with regular and decaf coffee. Cozy sofa and small living room area. Good size closet with ironing board and iron along with a stand for your luggage. The other thing we love is breakfast served buffet style, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle maker, mini muffins, cereal and fruit along with milk, juice or water available. And dog friendly!”

”This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had. $200 a night, the room was dirty… The bathroom had hair all over the floor showing they don’t sweep or mop, it was so much dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the toilet was dirty. The worst part was the dishes had food on them!! I took pictures. If that wasn’t enough, when I went to ask for more towels he gave me a stare and didn’t give me the amount I asked for, asked me to set my towels outside so they could pick them up, they never did, never came by my room to clean in the morning. My husband went down there to ask for a extra blanket and the man responded we don’t have any, my husband said y’all must be busy and the employee responded “nah people just keep coming down here with requests”… As if he were annoyed. Horrible service and a dirty room, for $200 a night? I should’ve left and went elsewhere but we didn’t get there until 4am and my children were exhausted. Next time I will just leave though.”

”The hotel was very clean and safe. The check in was seamless and the clerk even linked my honors points even though I booked third party. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was your average Continental but very good. We made it with 15 min to finish and it was still fully stocked. Our room was close to elevator but didn’t hear a thing. I will def stay again. The only Con: I wasn’t given free beverage being a Hilton honor. I’m use to getting at least 2 water bottles lol”
