“I have been taking my dog here for vaccinations for several years but they lost my business today. I was a vet tech for 11 years and we never turned injured animals away that needed immediate attention. My dog split a toe nail so bad that he was non weight bearing in a lot of pain and bleeding. I advised the front desk girl of the issue and she told me she didn’t have anything till Wednesday. I said not even for an injury? She said no we can’t see him till Wednesday but there are other vet clinics down the road. The lobby was empty it was 3:30 and she didn’t even bother to get up to ask the vet if they could fit him. The clinic I worked for would have never done that. The Rowlett Animal Clinic had a lobby full of people and they still made time to sedate my dog and fix his injuries. Atlas and I will not be back to a clinic that does not care if your animal is in pain or not. Thank you to the Rowlett Animal Clinic for their compassion they obtained my business from now on.”

”My husband and I just rescued a basset hound from the streets. Wanted to get him updated on all his shots and make sure he was in good health. We went on a Friday at around 10 and weren’t seen for quite awhile. We unfortunately had bad news, our new baby was heartworm positive. The veterinarian was super nice and talked to us about the whole treatment process. Even wrote us up an estimate for cost and to my surprise was a lot cheaper than most places we had been too. We will be returning for treatment at the end of January and bringing my other hounds up here for their yearly shots. Thank you Decatur Vet clinic, even though it was a wait it was well worth it to talk to someone that actually cared about our pet and also didn’t want to charge us an arm and leg for our baby to get the care he deserves.”

”Our kitties loved their stay at the pet ranch! They came home happy and energetic, and it was clear that they were taken care of very well. My wife and I LOVED the daily report cards with pictures of our cats playing with toys and being cuddled. It was always the highlight of our day looking at those while out of town. We previously boarded our cats elsewhere, and they looked absolutely miserable when we picked them up. They hid under the couch for hours after we got home. So we decided to try Remington, even though it was nearly an hour drive from where we live in North Austin. It was 100% worth the drive, and we will always leave our kitties with Remington going forward. You can tell that the staff truly love animals and treats them accordingly. They are also slightly more expensive than the other place we used before, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind knowing that our fur babies are safe and treated well. It was so kind of the staff to give us a surprise envelope with refrigerator magnets that had pictures of our cats. And the staff told us specific things about the cats’ personalities and quirks, which made me know that they were getting plenty of individual attention. 10/10, would highly recommend!”

”Tried to leave this review for the specific product on their website but it kept telling me I couldn't because I had an ad block (I didn't) so now I guess I've just got to leave it here since this is where I bought it from. The staff are lovely but the Store's in house "Full Cheeks" brand is not safe for pets. We got a loofa bacon and egg chews that was covered in hot glue on the back where it was blocked by the packaging. Turns out the product is held together by hot glue when the whole point is that it's a chew toy for smaller rodents. The hot glue is so so dangerous. This is not a reflection on this specific petsmart since the staff were lovely and the store was clean but I do not recommend petsmart full cheeks products as they seem to be unsafe. :(”

”If you are looking for the best daycare, boarding and training for your furry friend look no further. My dog has been going to Pawlofts for the past 3 years. She absolutely loves going there and is very well cared for. I recently had surgery and had to board my dog for a month. This left me completely heartbroken to be without her. Pawlofts took the most amazing care of my Berkleigh. While she was boarding, I had Debbie and Jonathan “train” my dog and help me work on leash pulling and some obedience issues we were having. I had to make sure, I could properly care for my dog when she got home. I was in a vulnerable position, I had to make sure I would be safe. My dog came back a different dog, and I say this in the most positive way. She listens to all commands and I trust her while taking her out that she will not pull me. It has been a pleasure to see her doing as well as she is with me and with other people. I am forever grateful for Lori, the owner, of Pawlofts for her patience with me while I would text for updates. She put my mind at ease and would send me pictures to show me just how well Berkleigh was doing. Debbie’s commitment to help get Berkleigh trained properly and for having Debbie take Berkleigh home to me. She advised me how I would have to continue all the hard work that they all did so that I would have a dog that would not stress me out. Jonathan and the entire staff went above and beyond working behind the scenes. Louis will always greet you with a smile and really gets to know your dog! As a bonus, on Holidays, they do picture day and I will tell you, you don’t want to miss this day! They go all out! My dog comes home clean and cared for! Berkleigh loves her Pawloft family! She runs in without hesitation and literally smiles. It’s her happy place and mine too knowing I have my furry friend at the very best place Dallas has to offer. Thank you Pawlofts! ”Our Golden doodle has stayed here multiple times. We’ve never had an issue with boarding. However, twice we’ve asked for and this time paid for daily brushing to ensure no matting. At the end of her stay we had her groomed and she came home scalped. This time bleeding. Please know they will not brush daily even if you pay for the service and they will scalp your pet to the point of blood.”
