Once checked in waited not more than 5 minutes and was called back to have X-rays made. Shortly after that was called back to talk to P.A. before seeing doctor and receiving treatment and recommendations for further treatment. Everyone I saw and talked to was very professional and extremely nice.”

The wait was less than 10 minutes to get in a room. The nurse went over my medical history and relayed to Laura, who then came in and went over the symptoms and diagnosis. Laura was very pleasant and I did not feel rushed at all. Checkout was just as easy. I’m happy to have a place so close and convenient.”

”Excellent staff. I have a suggestion though. Can your clinic please post rules about patients turning on their cell phones and games at loud volumes in the waiting room? Same for children's video games. It is very distressing to listen to all that noise when you're sick and waiting to be seen. The kids should have earbuds and adults should know better.”

”Went here following my previous obgyn. Saw Dr. Pepper, since I had to reschedule due to starting my cycle. Dr. Pepper was great. The 3 stars is for front desk not knowing where the office is located on Limestone within the giant parking lot among many other businesses well enough to help direct anyone who’s never been there. It is located directly next to the closed down Morelias. The girl kept saying across the street from Chilis and 5 Below. They have a sign on the building that faces away from where you’d see it driving in from Limestone, and no storefront label on the doors or the sides of the building that is viable. I could not see what building I was entering at eye level. I left 45 minutes early to get there on time. I was still on time, but almost in tears on arrival thinking I’d have to reschedule or cancel because of the confusing directions and the entrance door not having the practice name written on it. I am unsure if I will return. Dr. Pepper was great. The check in girl was a bit sassy when I said I couldn’t find it and was not very friendly or welcoming. I’m not a trouble patient either. Just was was not a great experience for being a new patient. Signage needs to be better marked so folks can find it. And front end staff need to better describe where they are.”

”I've been here several times and have had the most positive urgent care experience. The employers up front are kind and very helpful. I haven't had to wait very long whenever I've gone. The doctors and nurses have been very knowledgeable, considerate and take time to answer all of my questions. For comparison sake, I'd gone to Minute Clinic and Care Now before my experiences at both places have been nothing but negative. Both were much more expensive with long wait times and not great doctors, not to mention all the billing issues. I was so impressed with Legacy ER that I purchased the coverage plan that they offer. It was very inexpensive and very worth it! Was surprised that it also had great discounts on dental and vision, and both my eye doctor and dentist accept it. It even covers crowns. It seemed too good to be true but I've used quite a bit over the last year it and it delivers what it promises.”
