“Very helpful respectful young man named Adrian helped me in my purchasing of the vehicle a 2021 Honda passport the car itself is good, but it was sold almost the same way it was traded in. The exterior of the vehicle was fine but the interior was not. It was very dirty the gauge cluster was stained and cloudy from being sprayed with armor all and one of the tire valve caps was missing. No follow up after the sale and after mentioning the issues that I had been handed down with the vehicle no one bothered to call and check up after I raised my concerns. Felt as though I was a second rate customer who didn't deserve to be treated the same as the customers who purchase new vehicles especially the brands they sell. Until the issues are resolved I will share my experience with family and co workers, friends and caution them about my experience if they are looking for a good CLEAN pre-owned car. After no luck on my third visit at the dealership I just rather hire a professional and pay the $100 to have it done correctly and not bother with his dealership again.”

This rating is for the Fact that I purchased my vehicle 6/16/23 today is 6/19/23 my car shut off completely three time I now have it parked. I’m not a heavy driver so it wasn’t until today when I actually used my car to get back and forth to work that everything went downhill. On my way my car shut completely down at the red light, twice and on my way home not only did the oil light come on but so the the check engine light it is slow to pick up speed drops speed as I am driving! Was told that they could service my car but it will not be until 6/29 the worst!!!!!!”

”I had been watching and reading about the X3 for quite some time. Decided I wanted either the x30i or the 40i. I’d been communicating both with Temple and South Austin BMW dealerships. I had narrowed it down to 2 colors and wanted to see both in person. drove to Temple from Waco to look at the inventory on the lot. The moment I got out of my car 2 people were heading across the parking lot and I wanted to jump back in my car as I wasn’t looking for a high pressure sale. I was merely looking at colors. Much to my delight, that isn’t what happened at all. Jake Elliott was introduced to me and is the person I worked with. He was personable and I felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle. He was able to show me the two colors I was interested in on 2 different vehicle models. After seeing in person, it made the color choice easy! Don’t go by just the pictures on the web. Jake showed me around the X3 and the I drive system and trust me when I say, info overload!!! However, he was very patient and answered all of my questions even if they were repeats. He knew about the vehicle and I learned so much more. Jake didn’t know for sure if I was ready to buy or just looking, but it didn’t matter to him he was attentive and focused on my questions. He didn’t rush me nor did he try helping other customers while I was looking and taking up his time. He was so knowledgeable and friendly.
