“A stunning and world-class PAC. It's just beautiful. The seats are comfortable, the staff is gracious, helpful, and friendly, and it is just an extraordinary experience all around. The views of the stage are spectacular! The location is perfect and easily accessible, and parking and leaving after is not stressful with the very well organized system they have in place. We loved everything in this amazing performing arts center.”

Joyland Amusement Park
4.5
( 8 reviews )

500 Canyon Lake Dr, Lubbock, TX 79401, United States

“In a word this place is just...fine. Our kids had an absolute blast and I rode my fair share of rides as well. The Park was relatively clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There were a good selection of rides for all age groups as well as general arcade type games. I particularly appreciated the cool misting system that ran all throughout the park. I am from Amarillo and while I do think Wonderland is a considerably better experience as far as general amusement park fun is concerned, there really is nothing really WRONG with Joyland. Save for one thing. I removed one star from this review because in my opinion as far as establishments like this are concerned, drinks and food are VASTLY overpriced. But other than that this is a fine place for a fun family outing.”

El Paso Museum Of History
4.6
( 16 reviews )

510 N Santa Fe St, El Paso, TX 79901, United States

“Entrance is free. No food or drinks are allowed inside the building. Is a nice place to take your family. It has a lot of history. Staff in is very nice In friendly. The places very clean. They need a better display of souvenirs and better price on them. They have to be something commemorative of the museum, above all, and have the name of the museum.”

1813 W Bowie St Suite 101, Fort Worth, TX 76110, United States

”This was our first trip to Cidercade and we loved it! You pay one price to enter, get a wristband, all the games are set to free play. Love the variety of games, not just older classics but also racing, FPS, skee ball, pinball, basketball, plus air hockey, pool, and shuffleboard. We had ciders and they were incredible! We enjoyed that after 8pm it was 21+. Even though it was busy, it was easy to get in to games. We didn't try the pizza but it looked amazing! Next time. It's so much bigger than it looks from the outside. Things are spread out enough that there's room for a big crowd without feeling stuffy. Parking is not bad, theres a lot of overflow within walking distance. Would be a great stop for a group or even date night, like we did. Will definitely be back!”

”I definitely did not expect this venue to be like this. Attended the inspire promotion 'Rule in Hell' pro wrestling event & in the words of any true wrestling fanatic. It was awesome!!!. It's your typical whole in the wall dive. Outside, hot, and hard. The perfect condition for great wrestling. The Venue was large enough to accommodate maybe 100 folks. Drinks and merchandise were available for purchase at the venue.”

The Grassy Knoll

( 16 reviews )

411 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75202, United States

”There are quite a few memorials to JFK in Dallas. This area has quite a few signs with a lot of information. Be aware there are one or two hawkers around with their own newspapers, journals who will let you read but then ask for $5 I would recommend an official guided tour of Dallas”

Museum Of The Gulf Coast
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

700 Procter St, Port Arthur, TX 77640, United States

”What a great museum, it may be little but it has a big heart and soul with its collections. Definitely stop in, for $8 per adult there’s no excuse to miss it, especially if you consider yourself someone who knows your Texas rock and roll stars. I went there for Janis of course but left wishing I had way more time to peruse the other exhibits. Appreciate the docent who took the time to ensure that I was able to commune with my namesake for a moment. If you are a Janis fan like me, ask them about the bricks for sale, then head over to 4048 Proctor street with your new favorite souvenir.”

Mckinney District-wide Stadium
4.6
( 10 reviews )

4201 S Hardin Blvd, McKinney, TX 75070, United States

”Nice clean and large bathroom. Gate is wide to allow more crowd in. Parking is good, but leaving requires a lot of patience. I suggest you wait 10 minutes before heading to the car, to let the other crowd go first. Less congested. They do do a good job getting the cars out.”

Pier 21

Pier 21

4.5
( 16 reviews )

2100 Harborside Dr, Galveston, TX 77550, United States

”Nice place but always visit with planning and early. Parking is a huge issue and getting boats at festivals is a major bummer. Waiting can go easily beyond 1 hour … need to have a better crowd management… otherwise worth a watch for Texas”
