Alta Purl

1018 N Caldwell St, Charlotte, NC 28206, United States

“We've been in Alta Purl for almost a week now, and we've had a fantastic time thus far. The apartment tour was very well organized. So far, this apartment has the best amenities and events of any I've seen. Alyssa and Olivia helped us with the application and move-in process. Overall, this is the place to live if you want a gorgeous apartment with great amenities and a friendly staff. The events are interesting, the site is close to Uptown and has a nice view, and the sky lounge is the most notable feature.”

109 Discovery Pl, Wilmington, NC 28403, United States

“After talking to Kaela about the relative compatibility to other apartment living in the area, I went ahead and scheduled a tour with her. I was thoroughly impressed as much with the apartments as the expertise of Kaela’s knowledge of the property. Her natural kindness made deciding to live here a dream.”

Lewis Realty Associates, Inc
4.6
( 8 reviews )

320 N New River Dr, Surf City, NC 28445, United States

“We just stayed for 7 nights in the Queens Grant D-113 condo on south Topsail. The view was magnificent. Our family of 5 had an amazing time. Everything worked as it should. We had an issue with the rear bathroom shower faucet turning on. It turns out we were just dummies. Maintenance man showed up promptly and showed us how to turn it on(pull it out and then turn lol) Check in and out was effortless. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again from Lewis.”

The Vue Charlotte On 5th

215 N Pine St, Charlotte, NC 28202, United States

“I have lived here for a little over a month. I like living here. The amenities are great and I’m obsessed with the barista bar (Jada and Jordan are amazing)! They even ordered matcha for me since I don’t drink coffee. The concierge staff are nice and welcoming. However, the reason they are receiving the rating that they are is because since I moved in there has been a missing blind in my studio apartment. I was not told about this beforehand, I had to make it known to the office and to maintenance. As a woman living on her own, safety is of the utmost importance and I’m exposed to our neighbors across the street due to the lack of privacy. It’s also very hard to sleep since all of the lights shine in to my apartment. I have asked for a temporary solution (maybe curtains?) but have received nothing. Additionally, during these dropping weathers the missing blind makes it much colder in my apartment. I have been in contact with several people in the office about it but recently everyone except Diana in the leasing office has stopped responding. I expected more from a luxury apartment.”

Cortland South End

2225 Hawkins St, Charlotte, NC 28203, United States

”The location of Spectrum South End is very convenient. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops, and the nearby light rail station makes it easy to explore other parts of the city. The fitness center is well-equipped with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. I also appreciate the fact that the gym is open 24/7, which allows me to work out whenever it's most convenient for me. The outdoor pool is a perfect place to relax on a sunny day. I have also been very impressed with the leasing office consultants at this apartment complex. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs are met. Whether I have a question about my lease, need help with a maintenance request, or just want to chat about the latest happenings in the neighborhood, they are always there to help. They are also very knowledgeable about the complex and the surrounding are always happy to offer suggestions for local restaurants, shops, and attractions, and they do a great job of keeping residents informed about upcoming events and activities. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to call home.”

Woodland Estates Apartments
4.4
( 16 reviews )

6147 Winged Elm Ct, Charlotte, NC 28212, United States

”My name is Malik Gates. And I was a resident at Woodland Estates for 6 1/2 years. I would never recommend none of my family members or friends to never stay here. The 6 1/2 years that I lived there. The AC never worked and the heat didn’t worked either. It used to be very hot in the summertime and really cold in the winter. When I first moved in, I didn’t have roaches. But as time went on, other people moved into the other apartments in the building that my unit was in brought roaches. And the pest control people came to spray the people apartments in my building. The roaches eventually came into my unit. Maintenance didn’t never wanted to fix anything. I used to have to put in two or three requests for them to come to my unit. I was charged for the patio door in my unit that cracked during the last winter that I was living there. The patio door cracked because it was cold during that time. The people at the rent office said that it was an inside job. I’ve talked to the people at the front office, they told me that I would have to pay for it. And added it to my rent balance for 4 months in installments. Witch wasn’t right at all. When I moved out, they charged me with 3-4 waters bills and etc that was inaccurate. I spoke to the manager, she told me to only pay for one month, but my balance was sent to a credit system. And they doubled that amount. When I say I will never live here again, I meant it. This place deserves NO stars in my opinion.”

1226 Bexton St, Charlotte, NC 28273, United States

”I recently had the pleasure of touring your one-bedroom apartment with your leasing consultant, Courtney. I want to express my gratitude for the time she dedicated to showing me the property and providing valuable information. I was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness, modern amenities, and overall quality of the one-bedroom apartment. Your commitment to maintaining a high standard of living is evident, and it speaks volumes about the quality of your community. However, after careful consideration, I have decided that the current pricing for the one-bedroom unit is a bit beyond my budget at this time. I appreciate Courtney's assistance and the opportunity to explore Marlow's Place Apartments. I must commend your team for creating such a welcoming environment. Courtney's professionalism and kindness were particularly noteworthy, and it reflects positively on your establishment. While I won't be moving forward with leasing at this time, I want to express my gratitude for the positive experience I had during my visit. I will certainly keep Marlow's Place Apartments in mind for the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality.”

Lemmond Farm Apartments

Open until 05:00 PM

12009 Lemmond Farm Dr, Charlotte, NC 28227, United States

”If you don’t want your vehicle broken into don’t live here! At least 2 vehicles get broke into each month at this location and my work van is one of them with them stealing $5k in tools. The people are nice but crime in this area is bad and Lemmond farm does nothing about but say “crime has no address” but still only hire a worthless security detail to “watch” your stuff while you sleep. With zero cameras on the property besides their precious pool area which also gets trashed every weekend during the summer they take no responsibility for trying to make it safer. (The pictures provided show my van which was parked right at the leasing office which has no cameras facing on the front of the building towards the parking lot)”

Midtown Law
4.6
( 8 reviews )

4800 Six Forks Rd #120, Raleigh, NC 27609, United States

”This law office handled the closing of our home that we sold. They handled everything and we were even able to move up the closing date at the buyers request. We only visited the office once to sign the closing documents. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The office they use for house buying/selling signings is called the happy place.”

Atlantic Realty Of The Outer Banks

”My family and I recently stayed at Knot for Sail and were so pleased with the exceptional service we received there. The accommodations met the needs of everyone in our party. There was something for everyone to enjoy. It was a wonderful getaway at just the right time of the year. If you are looking for a vacation spot, you won't be disappointed.”

401 Oberlin

( 8 reviews )

401 Oberlin Rd, Raleigh, NC 27605, United States

”I lived here for two years and had no issues the first year. I had always been very pleased with the staff here. Maintenance was also more than timely, all really friendly and personable individuals. However, during the second year I was involved in an incident that made me realize how unprofessional, incapable, and rude the staff was here. My car was involved in a hit and run accident involving two other vehicles in the secured parking deck at 401. The police were called and suggested going to the office for more information in parallel with their inquiry. So, I went to the office after the accident on Sunday and the leasing agent on duty appeared to be inattentive and did not take any measures to assist with the situation as she said she had "other things to do" than sit with the police to review the tapes. As a resident, I was taken aback by how a situation involving the police, and three damaged cars, was not the highest priority at the time. I called the leasing office the next day and asked if I could speak with the manager. I was abruptly cut off and hung up on intentionally by one of the leasing agents (the same employee I spoke to in person the day before). She cut me off immediately after I asked to speak with the manager I mentioned the incident, pretending not to hear what I had just requested, refusing to allow me to speak with her manager. I felt this was very unprofessional. While I understand the apartment does not want to be involved and is not liable, the incident did happen on your property, my car was severely damaged with $11,000 in repair costs and so were others, with inadequate help to solve the issue. I'm also a paying tenant who resigned a lease right before the incident, which I am now regretting, and I do not appreciate the way I was treated in such a pressing matter. I suspect you have a standard policy and rigorous employee training for handling situations like this, but this was certainly not handled professionally or adequately by your team. I hope that Tribridge does not condone this sort of response to such an urgent situation. This has severely impacted my view of the apartments and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.”

615 Fallview Ln, Boone, NC 28607, United States

”Great customer service! Sophie was so helpful during the snowstorm with freezing pipes and even getting a car unstuck. It was reassuring to know someone was there to help! Especially when they were as kind and helpful as she was.”

Andover At Crabtree

6200 Riese Dr, Raleigh, NC 27613, United States

”Be careful of misinformation when dealing with the leasing office. I came into the office with my brother and a gentlemen showed us around the apartment complex. I was interested and informed the leasing agent that I would like to lease an apartment so we began the paperwork. I informed them that my foreign fiance would be an OCCUPANT of the apartment complex and they told me to add her on the application as a coapplicant. I informed them that she does not have a SSN or ITIN number and the leasing agent said it would be no issue and that they could use different methods of ID. I paid the applicaion fee of $350.00 and was told I would be contacted by the Magnolia help desk that processes documents for new residents. I received an email asking for my documents as well as my fiances documents. Passport, ID and SSN etc. I provided mine then informed them that my fiance is a foreign national and does not have this information which I also mentioned to the leasing agent. They informed me that they need this documentation to move forward. Given the circumstances I needed to move into an apartment quickly so In informed the desk desk that I need this process expedited or I would need to make other arrangements. The communication with the help desk is poor. You can only contact them by email and they take forever to respond. When I realized there was no way I'd make my deadline to move in I signed up to become a resident at a new apartment complex. A week goes their magnolia help desk finally resolved the issue and informed me that I could move in. However a whole week after my deadline. Due to the misinformation given by the leasing office and the magnolia help desks inability to expedite the documentation they lost a customer. I felt like I should not have to pay for the application fee because they gave me misleading information. I disputed the application fee with my bank to get the money back. A week or so ago I receive an email that I owe 385 dollar. 350 for the application fee and 35 for an NSF despite them taking the money the day I orginally submitted the application. Now I owe this apartment complex 385 dollars having not spent a single hour living there. I even spoke to their support and emailed them the thread of the back and forth with the help desk and the property management still refused to do whats right. PS: Spoke with property management and explained the situation and they gaslit me into believing its my fault rather than admitting to the misinformation they gave me. They absolutely did not want to settle nor work out an arrangement.”
