On arrival, we were given a bag containing water for 2 adults and our pet, a list of pet friendly restaurants and contact info for a local vet. ”From the time we checked in til we checked out it was a great hotel experience. When we walked into the lobby it was decorated for Christmas and I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Everything was so beautifully done and so clean. The front desk clerk was so cheerful and helpful and made out check in delightful.i deal with ptsd and don't go out much but she put me at ease. The pool area was so clean and inviting and the hot tub amazing. The room was very clean and the bed crisp and just right. I loved the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower , so much nicer than the little bottles that are never enough to wash hair. We stayed 2 nights and the housekeepers came around next morning and knocked and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was really good to especially the waffles. They even had hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby area when you wanted some. And I have to say again how clean everything was. And the lobby too so beautiful and so thoughtful to have it decorated for Christmas for those who have to travel at Christmas.”

”We've stayed here nearly every year since we moved out of the area 10 years ago. This morning the buffet served half frozen sausage, off color dehy eggs, and had run out of coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, cream cheese, peanut butter, and who knows what else.. By 745a.. While having service until 930. They were not helpful and were unapologetic. One of the two elevators was broken for all but one day of our 6 day stay. The toilet wouldn't stay unclogged with only average use. The hairdryer broke. One towel had rust stains. Even though I had selected every other day room turn over when asked at online check in, none was ever received. We had to ask for more toilet paper. I understand the strain of the holidays and especially the impacts of COVID, but this was the worst hotel stay I've had this decade.”
