“I was shopping around for the Acura MDX after seeing one at the BMW dealership. I went to this dealership here looking for one to purchase I came across the A-spec model and it was a tad bit more than what I wanted to spend out the door pricing. I let the sales guy know that I had cash to purchase the car I didn't need financing at all but was wanting him to work with me on the purchase price. I got the no price haggle spill and I don't believe I was even shown any other cars that day that I could purchase for the price range I wanted. After 2 mos. of shopping around I seen a car online that fit the budget that I wanted to spend so I decided to go back to see if this one in particular would be a go. I met the sales guy Eric and checked the car out it was around 5-6pm at this time it gets dark out early. He suggested he bring the car around to the service area where there was more light to check the car out. The car was a used one however it was in great condition and it was a certified used vehicle I was very please with all the details included. I told Eric I would just come back the next day to finish up the purchase as the car needed a full detailing. I arrived the next day at the same time as I was coming after work again with it getting dark out early you really can't see inside the car that great. I asked Eric before coming inside if the detail had happened and he said it was all done and ready. I examined the car before we sealed the deal with the purchase and everything appeared to be ok. The next day in the daytime I fully examined the inside of the car and it was a complete mess trashed and not even clean thoroughly at all. I was very upset that I was sold a vehicle and was then lied to about the detailing also upon driving home the windshield wiper fluid indication came on and I wasn't even a full tank of gas with the purchase. I called over to the sales guy to voice my concerns and that I was very unsatisfied with the way my overall experience went. He mentioned that he would get it taken care of and offered to send a loaner car over to my workplace to swap out the car. That never happened I had to drive over to the dealer once again in 5:00 traffic and drop the car off myself. The car was taken in and the detail was done the detailer was AMAZING he took the car from a 0 to a 10 I was very pleased with his customer service as I was able to meet him. He actually asked me to inspect the car while he was there to address any concerns I seen within the detail job he did. I started the car and it was about to leave and I noticed I still was not given a full tank of gas again after trusting Eric's word that everything was taken care of. I was able to get a fill up from the manager writing a gas voucher. However once I hit the road to go home my windshield wiper indication came on that my fluid was low. I reached back out to the sales guy Eric and got a measly apology, but nothing to rectify the terrible experience I encountered. A few days later I received a phone call to see how my experience went with my purchase. I let the lady know everything I typed above and she stated she would give the information over to the manager and he would give me a call. No such thing has happened. “FIVE STAR REVIEW! My first experience with Beach House was when I decided to take a ride up during the last few Myrtle Beach bike rallies. Its a nice 45 min ride from Murrells Inlet / Myrtle Beach to Beach House Harley so when on vacation in Myrtle Beach be sure to take the ride up especially during spring or fall bike week! You will find some cool venders, food and music and is worth the ride just to check it out and buy a T-shirt! When I travel from Myrtle to Beach House Harley I also make sure to grab lunch or an early dinner water front in Calabash NC, The BEST Calabash Shrimp you will find on the East Coast! The Beach House dealership is truly impressive! Very nice location right on Highway 17 just North of Myrtle Beach, SC, across the State line in Shallotte NC. When you arrive you will find a beautiful new building that looks like a huge Beach House, a large big and bright motorcycle showroom full of new and used bikes and an impressive display of Harley clothing, parts and yes this dealership stocks Harley boots! My wife likes this clothing department best out of any Harley dealership we visit! I had a few questions about a bike and I approached Jonathan Zaleta in Sales and I was impressed as he knows his bikes. We ran some numbers but I was not ready to buy. After leaving Jonathan called me the perfect amount, (2) times over the summer between Spring and fall rally so this visit with his help, I purchased a new 2023 Street Glide. I must say Jonathans Professionalism earned my business. I truly love the fact that Jonathan and Adam Ibrahim do both the bike sales and the F&I so was none of that hand off or let me go ask my manager what he can do. Jonathan was able to answer my questions from what is the seat hight to what is the promo interest rate today! Doing the deal and financing I sat at one desk and did the deal with one person! Now THAT is THE way to buy a bike! I like the vibe of the place. Its a large dealer but still has the small dealership vibe of the 90’s and none of that big Corporate junk or experience like you may expect to find when buying a Time Share or something, I found no balloons, no fireworks and no big bell I was suppose to ring for some reason like I have seen at other dealers... What I did find was lots of new and select grade preowned bikes and over the top nice folks and true professionalism! What else do you need? The buying experience was just the way I like it! Zero BS! I decided to work some parts and engine upgrades into my purchase so I had the pleasure of dealing with Rex McPherson the Parts manager and he was lots of help advising and locating the exact parts and upgrades I was needing. Then my purchase experience took me to the Service department for my new goods to be installed. I think every potential bike customer needs a walk into the back of Beach House Service department as that shop was so professional and clean and bright and in one word…IMPRESSIVE! But also cool, some very cool folks working in the back! So clean, I do believe you could eat off the floor! I truly was as much impressed with how the Service Department / shop looked as I was the new bike showroom! My new bike purchase included a few goodies such as a Stage 2 etc so I had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Department staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very knowledgable and the techs did fantastic work on my new ride! The Service Manger Bobby Collis is as good as good gets! Bobby and staff truly have a department to be proud of. Before leaving I had to have a few shirts and I found Jennifer in the clothing department to be simply fantastic! She truly helped my wife with suggestions made my wife and I happy! When picking my new bike up, Bobby, Cody and the entire staff were so helpful in helping me load up and be on my way! I find a dealership is only as good as the people, and the vibe and business culture that I am sure is a reflection of the owners. ”I came here for an alignment after getting new tires at a different Discount Tire store. They recommended that I go to this location that does do alignments. Anyway, while the alignment got everything into the "green zone", many of those numbers are to the extreme edge of what is considered to be in the green. Which means it'll likely be no time before I'm out of alignment again. I mentioned this to the alignment tech who did the service, and he said he didn't know how to do that and that it would take an "alignment specialist" to get everything in the green. Well sorry, I thought you guys WERE the alignment specialist and I thought that was what I was paying for . . . for you to get it perfect. Update: spoke to manager. They did offer to make it right. Updated the star rating.”

”I recently picked up a new quad from Waynesville Cycle Center - a 2024 Honda Rubicon. I drove up from Georgia because they had the specific color in stock that I was after, and they offered a very fair price. Super friendly and helpful sales guy, Tarek did a great job for me, and Keith the parts and accessories guy was awesome too. I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 for two small reasons - although I don’t consider either of them to be deal breakers. First, they had a limited selection of helmets in stock. I ended up settling for one that didn’t have the clear visor I wanted because it was the only option for a plain black helmet in my size. Second, I asked when I called before driving up if they had ramps for sale so I could load the quad in my truck to bring it home. They said they didn’t, so I had to rent a trailer. I got there and they had a set right there on the showroom floor. Having to rent the trailer wasn’t a huge deal, just a $60 inconvenience more than anything. I ended up buying the ramps anyway. All in all, I was very happy with my experience and love the new quad. I would come back here again.”

”Bought spark plugs from them at what I thought was a decent but realistic price. Received an email not too long later telling me the price was a mistake and the plugs were $20 extra per. Putting a mistake in price (that wasn't even that extreme a difference) on the customer and telling them to pay more after the purchase didn't sit well with me, so I cancelled the order. Mistakes happen but don't punish customers for it. Won't be shopping there again.”
