“Got a wheelchair accessible room. It was very large both the room and the bathroom. Wheelchair accessible shower with a seat that folded out from the wall. Good pillows. Not flat as a piece of paper. Had some substance to them. Great service at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.”

“They are renovating and did not disclose exactly how much! The noise is very loud and we have a newborn. They are renovating even on a Saturday. Started very early and front desk said they will be renovating until 5. Before booking, I'd reccomend calling to see how long they are renovating for, if they are still renovating during your travel go stay somewhere else especially if you want a relaxing weekend. Edit to add: the fire alarms also went off in the morning and the early afternoon. We were aware of the renovations however they did not disclose how much or how loud it truly would be. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend this is not the place to stay while they are doing renovations. 8 am sure is early on a Saturday morning, with a baby that wakes up every 3 to 4 hours to eat. Just wanted to make everyone aware. It might have been a nice place to stay other than the noisy renovations and fire alarms being tripped by construction workers.”

“Anthony was very welcoming, definitely the person you want at the front desk (hard to not see his name in almost every review here). The room was great - layout wise. Similar to other reviews, the room wasn't 'dirty' persay, but just needed some extra attention to detail (there were still streamers and decorations from the previous party hanging from the walls - hard to miss that; but again, not dirty). The shower was amazing, highly needed after some travel. Black out curtains worked great, although leaf removal started at 7am (blah).”

“Gwen and the manager Tobias are the nicest people if everyone was like them two who wouldn't want to stay at this Hampton inn. I recommend if you heading to duke and your staying at a hotel this is the one you would want to stay at. It's clean as well. I really enjoyed the atmosphere is great”

”Pros : Far outweigh the cons. Rooms are good and clean, comfortable. Gym is great. Breakfast is good. Coffee is surprisingly good. Service excellent. Allen - the breakfast guy - did an amazing job. There was a lady who was great too who got coffee but I don’t recall her name. Cons: Not many. Shower is slippery. They should add mats to prevent folk slipping. Folks upstairs were loud but you get that at many hotels. Overall a great stay ! We’ll be back.”

”Front Desk and Staff were really friendly/ knowledgeable. We needed extra sheets and pillows and they had them to us within 5 minutes. Location was fantastic and convenient for walking Uptown. Breakfast was much better then a lot of higher end hotels. The room was clean. Only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 is because the room was a little smaller then expected. Overall a Fantastic Experience.”

”When I try to get into the hotel, the automatic door did not open. Eventually got in with someone's help. There was no one at the reception area. I had to walk around to FIND a receptionist for check in. This person named, "DONNA" working night shift had a serious attitude problem. She obviously does not want to be there. Why does the management let her ruin guest experiences? She should not work anywhere near hospitality industry. I would not go back to this hotel, and neither should you.”

”Staff was unfriendly, irritable, and non-responsive to communication through the World of Hyatt chat feature indicating our arrival time. We were flagged as a no-show, losing our upgraded room in the process and having to re-process our stay at the front desk. Room service was not conducted at all during our stay. We asked for staff to at least bring some fresh towels up and we were instructed come down and get them ourselves. Expected low-service; received no-service.”

”Everything was wonderful from the service we received from the woman working on the evening of Dec 8th to the morning when we checked out. The customer service was such a delightful experience. You just don’t get service like this anywhere. It was our first time travelling with a pet so I was nervous that the room wouldn’t be clean. It was very clean. Cleaner than hotels that don’t accept pets. Kudos to the management! We travel back and forth to Florida often. We have always looked for the perfect place over the past 30 years and never found one that we wanted to return to again until now. See you on our next pass through:-)”

”For a quick relaxation trip, the room was great. Clean relaxing room, breakfast area was clean and food was decent. But...jets in the hot tub were barely working, however the pool area was clean and Michelle brought towels when we let her know they were out. What we did notice was the back patio are could be used a little better like the hotel next door, fire pit, possibly corn hole.There is a decent amount of room and I think this hotel could use that slight upgrade out there...the inside has it with the fireplace, would love to see the outside have it. Thanks for having us♥️”

”Our stay was very enjoyable! The initial reservation on line was easy and then when I called to inquire about an early check in, I was informed how best to do so that morning and was accommodated easily. They even sorted out shifting from a King to 2 Queen beds efficiently. Check in staff was friendly and informative about local restaurants, providing an entire list to choose from in the quaint area of Holly Springs. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We had everything needed to enjoy our stay including a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the common area with all day complimentary coffee service. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options to satisfy even picky eaters. They even have washers and dryers on site which is a bonus for a family! The staff was courteous and helpful with positive attitudes and service with a smile.”

”Very comfortable "suite style" room that had a kitchenette and separate living and sleeping rooms. Service was rated lower because they cancelled the evening reception the night we stayed, but didn't discount the room rate to compensate. Location is in a peaceful setting, but I could clearly hear the Interstate traffic from my bedroom. Overall, I'd stay here again, especially if traveling with family.”

”Floor 1, tile floor is greasy slick in the room ,and the room smells like mold/mildew. We are here with 20 other people that said their rooms are similar....I spoke w the front desk and they said this is nothing they can do. The $14 breakfast buffet was just ok, but had one waitress that was just rude, no point in tipping because she literally did nothing and made you feel like you were inconveniencing her....most hotels have the same or better food for free. And i can't say I've ever complained about the the coffee at any hotel, but it was like half coffee and half water. We will never come back here.”
