“This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats for dinner on Friday, 01-27-23. I think eastern NC has the best barbecue, but I'm always willing to try a new spot. I ordered the pork plate (cornbread; macaroni & cheese; Carolina gold), baked beans, brunswick stew, and banana pudding. I wasn't a fan of the sauce or the mac & cheese. The food was hot when delivered.”

And don't expect to be greeted when you come in you will get two blank stares at you from the young ladies working up front.”

Overall Food: 3/10 Pho: 4.5/10 - Very bland, almost no taste. No additional bean sprouts. The spoon isn’t made for pho bowls. Fresh Rolls: 2.8 / 10 - Nothing fresh about them. Tasted like it was prepared days prior. Iceberg lettuce and lots of vermicelli watered down the taste as well. Potsticker: 7.2 / 10 - Fresh and hot to order. Looked very appealing. Tasted as it should. Overall Value: 3.8 - while the place looks great and unique, the meal cost almost 100 dollars for 3. Which is one of the most expensive Vietnamese bills I’ve paid. For the quality of the food, 100 dollars was not worth it.”

”The food is good, but not amazing. For example, the pasta is not made from scratch. The chicken does not taste like it's from a local farm, and the sauces are all very basic. There's no complexity or layers of flavor, everything was pretty flat. I would guess standard white wine, unsalted butter (vs grass fed and browned) cheap parmesan and heavy cream are the dominant ingredients. The prices are on par with Red Rocks, but the ambience is more like a deli. The pictures on the website look incredible, so I was really hoping this place would serve authentic Italian food, where everything is made from scratch. It's not. I still give it a 4 stars as our server, cassidy, was fantastic. Again, the food is good, it's just not going to blow you away.”

When I spit the hard object out, to my surprise it is a NOSE RING. ”4 stars because I love the food but we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:43. We arrived at 1:40 and stood by the pickup sign. It was busy so I understand it not being ready by 1:43 but every single person that was in line ordering got their food before us. I finally got my order at 2:05 but that was after I had to ask about it. No one said anything to us from the time we walked in to the time we asked for an update. Typically when people have to wait somewhere people at least say “sorry for the wait” but all we got was a “here ya go”. I will be back because I love Chicken Salad Chick, but the customer service could definitely improve!”

”The customer service is trash. Whoever took my order over the phone has zero personality. As someone who used to work in the food industry, I ALWAYS tip. Throughout the phone conversation, the woman was rude, very short and dry personality. She informed me that it would be an hour before the delivery, which is fine. She then asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the driver, I asked how much the delivery fee is, then I told her no.. That i did not want to leave tip ( Mostly due to her attitude). She then informed me that the driver does not get the money for the delivery fee. If the customer service was better, I would have tipped. I am considering cancelling my order as I am writing this review. I did not cancel the order, no has reached out to me. However, I did tip the driver $5.00. Informed him that whoever took my order was rude. Which was no reflection on his behalf. He was really sweet and caring.”
