“Ate at the restaurant did not stay overnight. The food and service are good. I have lived in the area for over 13 years, an although the food has always been good, it's never changed. When I first started my culinary career I ate here and loved thier take on the calamari, but that was over a decade ago. The menu is old and stale. It is executed well with no complaints on the food, but if you were serving the same dishes for 15years, I hope it is cooked well. It's a good place to eat if you give it 6 months in-between, or till you forget it's gonna be the same menu. Hopefully the owners will eventually try something new, but not holding my breath.”

“My husband and I were visiting Jamestown for a weekend getaway and were told by a Jamestown native that we had to come here for breakfast. They were definitely right! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was phenomenal. We ordered the cinnamon bun, which was amazing and some breakfast specials - stuffed french toast and turkey, avocado, and spinach eggs benedict. This was one of our favorite restaurants we visited on our trip. Highly recommend it!”

“Spacious double bed suite. Lots of broken pieces in room lamps, shower, and shower door faucet bathroom cold water. It's not something I expected at this caliber of establishment. I will say there is a lack of attention to detail. Rooms need more throw pillows and better linens. The bed was not the most comfortable but did have good nights sleep. Quick responses from housekeeping when we had to call. The front desk evening person did not answer the phone. I had to call 3 times to get help. There was no literature in the room for wifi password and breakfast hours or buffet hours. It's definitely a place my family will be staying again when we are in town. I have stayed at many places on Long Island this by far the best. Wish the pool was indoor and a fitness room.”

We were traveling with our dog and every staff member took the time to greet her and provide her with treats. All the staff are amazing friendly. “Very cute place! My boyfriend and I had a romantic getaway to Watkins Glen and stayed in one of the cabins here. They were very welcoming and dog friendly, which we loved. The cabins were clean and had plenty of linen and towels. Heating was great in the room once it kicked in. The lake view from the main lobby is the best. We had breakfast in the bistro our last morning and loved the waffleini. We also loved the dog they had on site! Would definitely return to stay here again.”

“Family trip 3 nights before a cruise. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel but let's get the cons out of the way.... Cons - a few hairs in the shower and bathroom floor left from the last guests - breakfast gets boring fast, the sandwiches were tasty but the bread was always hard from sitting in the warmer; changing out the cereal flavors would have been nice - area felt a little sketchy but we walked all around the neighborhood and never had issues so probably wouldn't even consider it a con. My kids did go up to the 10th floor stairwell and a man was up there saying he was changing clothes Pros - cleaning employees did excellent daily cleanings, whenever we came back from being out all day our room was all tidied up even though sign in room said every other day cleanings - all of the front desk staff were extra nice and helpful - breakfast staff worked very hard, they never let anything run out and they kept it clean; the kids like that the waffles came in two different shapes - room was large, plenty of room for 4 people; beds were comfy, a/c worked well, kitchen was great and had everything you needed - 2 mins from Dutch Kills subway station so easy rode into the city even for us newbies”
