“Great campground! Everything is clean and very well taken care of. The restrooms are equipped and maintained - not your typical camp ground expectations. Great showers! The camp spots aren't super private but they're big enough that there's good space in between. This is a great campground for family gatherings as it has many things to keep kids entertained and laid out in a way that kids can place and be safe from any busy roads. The dog park is fairly big and was a win for us! Overall great experience at this campground!”

“Very clean hotel. Rooms are small but functional and not prohibitive. When we checked in the gentleman who checked us in was professional, helpful and friendly. Tony the bartender was great. At checkout at 4 am the following morning you could tell the difference between staffing. No coffee in the lobby, well cold night before coffee. When we asked some guy behind the desk with his back to us mumbled a few times then pointed us to a microwave without turning around and said warm it up. He single-handedly ensured we won’t stay at Aloft again. He was a super jerk, really no other way to put it.”

“Our campsite was level, as were many other campsites we looked at. Privacy, shade, and condition of fire pits and tables was good. Toilets and drinking water spigots were well located and well maintained. The sand beach is excellent for swimming. The firewood was $11 USD for 1 cubic foot, but was bone dry hardwood that split easily, and burned very well.”

“Had a wonderful family vacation at this immaculately clean lakeside resort. Pool and beach area are the best Lake George has to offer. My family of 4 stayed in one of the 3-room suites located near the pool/restaurant/bar area and it was very convenient for all. There were plenty of activities on the property for all to enjoy. In fact, we canceled a boat day to lounge by the pool and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The weekend was topped off with a prime view of the fire works show over the lake. Would definitely stay here again! Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly from check in to check out.”

“It's my birthday and I would not recommend this place for adults teenagers maybe college students. Shared bathroom not my cup of tea, no TV in room, keys barely work. They control the heat, lots of rules for $403 dollars for 4 nights. The elevator is down I'm on the 3rd floor. Living room 2nd floor and shared kitchen oh two bunk beds and two twin beds. The bottom bulbed is comfortable twin beds no. Sucks ! I wouldn't recommend worst stay ever. 1)20/2024.”

“I have stayed here twice now. The staff is incredibly friendly and you can't beat the off season rates. It's a great location to spend the weekend checking out all the local spots. The room was relatively clean aside from some dust. Although it was off season, I would have appreciated it if they did some dusting and checked for dead bugs on closet shelves before we checked in. However, I was surprised to find the carpet to be clean and completely stain free. There were no bodily fluids to be found on the floors or walls when I did my customary scan for such things. I have stayed at nicer hotels and have been shocked when all the surfaces illuminated with stains under a UV light. I found none here whatsoever. If it weren't for the dust and the maid knocking despite the do not disturb sign being displayed I would have given 5 stars.”

For a normal dinner, or a special event in one of their private rooms - the Chateau offers everything you could want, even rooms for an overnight stay. I have had numerous dinners as a walk in patron, and never been disappointed. I have also been to 3 different private parties - and twice had a privet dinner in the wine cellar. All have been flawlessly executed memorable experiences. DO NOT MISS!”

“Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews. We arrived and checked in with our 5th wheel. They booked us a grass site with no gravel on an extremely narrow road. Therefore we had to move sites and pay an additional $100 dollars due to the new site being a premium site. Which was at the very end of the campground furthest away from the pool area. Due to the distance we decided to rent a golf cart. All carts were reserved for the month. As far as the amenities: the pool is below average, splash pad is the highlight of the camp ground, putt putt is fun, bounces houses are fine. THERE IS NO AQUA PARK and the beach is closed due to algae. Forget about playing gel blasters as there is no rules about playing and the unsupervised kids will play until the guns are dead. The premium site was fine overall but the price ($150) for the amenities that can actually be utilized does not correlate.”

“We stayed for 2 nights during the week for an event at MSG. For the most part this stay really exceeded my expectations. The room was nice and clean. It had kind of a weird smell when we first got in, but it dissipated after a few minutes of running the AC. It was more like a stale bleach smell from clean linens, than any kind of mildew or something like that. The room was decent sized, it had a microwave and mini fridge, a small safe for valuables, you can sign into your Netflix on the TV. The layout was a little awkward with the bed placed directly in front of the bathroom; so if you are not already intimately aware of your partner's bathroom habits you will be. The staff was friendly, responsive, helpful. The location is fantastic, walking distance to many popular destinations. The breakfast buffet did get a bit busy at times, but staff were constantly replacing empty dishes, so you didn't have to wait for something. This is a big money saver in the city obviously and we were pleased to go both mornings we were there. They also mentioned a free happy hour of wine and beer, which we did not partake in, but that would also be a big money saver if you do. We will definitely stay here again.”

Our flight had been delayed a full day at 7am and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating to our situation, picking us up from the airport with their free shuttle service and allowing us to check in early at no extra cost! “I attended a wedding here in November. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the upstate, New York isolation and tranquility. The cabins were impeccably designed and decorated. All the food I had this event was done by Innis and it was all absolutely delicious. From the breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, (the maple bacon is delicious) to the apple cider donuts and coffee that were served at each morning. It is a thoughtful and impeccable place to relax.”

“No complaints! NYC hotel rooms are always on the smaller side and this is consistent with my past hotel experiences. But the room was comfortable and the staff at the hotel was so friendly and very helpful. It’s right next to a big police station which did make for not infrequent sirens passing by, but I felt safe parking on the street due to the big police presence in the area. The hotel feels clean and nicely decorated. I didn’t end up trying the breakfast but it’s nice that it’s included. I’d definitely come back.”

“Stayed here for the weekend when I had a wedding to go to in the area. It was one of the most relaxing mini vacations I've ever been on. Beds and pillows were very comfy, and the room was very cozy. There was a fireplace in our cabin, which was very nice seeing whereas it was fairly cold at night. There was also the option of turning the heater on, but the fireplace was more than efficient. They are also pet friendly if you are looking to bring your furry friend. The restaurant is closed so you have to make other plans for your meals. The room does have a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and a coffeemaker. Can't wait to go back!”
