Htr Niagara Campground & Resort
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Open until 11:00 AM

2659 Whitehaven Rd, Grand Island, NY 14072, United States

“Great campground! Everything is clean and very well taken care of. The restrooms are equipped and maintained - not your typical camp ground expectations. Great showers! The camp spots aren't super private but they're big enough that there's good space in between. This is a great campground for family gatherings as it has many things to keep kids entertained and laid out in a way that kids can place and be safe from any busy roads. The dog park is fairly big and was a win for us! Overall great experience at this campground!”

Adirondak Loj & Heart Lake Program Center

( 8 reviews )

1002 Adirondack Loj Rd, Lake Placid, NY 12946, United States

“While there seems to be an overall staff shortage, in the dining room, Day in particular did a great job and service was punctual, friendly, and caring. At no point did we experience any inconvenience due to it. She also led an impromptu …”

Fish Creek Pond Campground
4.7
( 16 reviews )
Open until 04:05 PM

4523 NY-30, Saranac Lake, NY 12983, United States

“Fish Creek Pond campground was really great. The staff at the gate didn’t have much to say and wasn’t much of a welcome. Our lot was a waterfront site #84 which was a great spot that was cleared and offered a decent view of the lake. Neighbours were friendly and kept to themselves. The overall campsite crowd was quiet which was nice. The toilet facilities offer indoor plumbing and cold water to wash your hands. You’ll have a mirror and an electrical outlet as well. Toilet paper is paper thin so expect that. A lot of spiders in the washroom as well. It is the wilderness but I’m just painting a picture of what to expect.”

Bass Lake Resort & Rv Campgrounds New York
4.3
( 8 reviews )

132 Crim Rd, Parish, NY 13131, United States

“The cabin is very nice, close to neighbors, but still nice. The staff is for the most part kind and welcoming, but not quite as friendly as the other TRA resorts. The lake is beautiful and so nice to go out in the boats that the resort has available. Wish the game room had a few more games rather than claw machines. It's a nice place to stay to see all the sights upstate has.”

Cranberry Lake Campground
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Open until 01:55 PM

230 Lone Pine Rd, Cranberry Lake, NY 12927, United States

“Our campsite was level, as were many other campsites we looked at. Privacy, shade, and condition of fire pits and tables was good. Toilets and drinking water spigots were well located and well maintained. The sand beach is excellent for swimming. The firewood was $11 USD for 1 cubic foot, but was bone dry hardwood that split easily, and burned very well.”

“We loved this place. It was so much fun for the whole family! We will be coming again twice a season. The staff was very friendly. When we got there one of the guys showed us where our camp site was and even helped my husband back up our travel trailer into our spot. Which was really awesome! I can keep going on and on about this campground you just got to check it out! You will not be disappointed!”

Lake George Escape Campground
4.2
( 8 reviews ) $$

175 E Schroon River Rd, Lake George, NY 12824, United States

“I camp in a self-contained 25 foot sprinter van and she usually pretty easy to maneuver around the campground but I would suggest that this is a Campground for the returning camper and not so much someone coming here for the first time. It took me three tries to find the dog park. One map showed it behind the office but it was not. One Matt showed it around the corner, but that Way was locked and finally I found, it named not Murphy’s pub but completely different name and we were finally able to use it. They are very cute names on the Mac. I never didn’t understand what they were for and when I arrived, they gave me a map and said have a nice night. That’s fine as long as everything is clearly mark and there are not monster speed bumps as you try to go and find your campsite. When I made this reservation in January, and it is now September, I asked for a full site, but it did not have sewage, and it was on the backside of the campsite, where yes, indeed, the mosquitoes are crazy. I did move the next day which was just an inconvenience but not necessary because I’ve made my reservation so far to be . The people who work here are very nice and the bones of the camp are excellent and very family oriented. However, they are actively selling campsites and I really think they want to return in the camper and not the person traveling through. I have just completed 9000 miles of travel and without a doubt this was one of the most confusing campground in the entire trip , I came here to see the hot air balloon festival and was unfortunately given wrong information along the way. Their shuttle did not go to the location. In all, it was a frustrating weekend, but I had good neighbors and I enjoyed visiting with many of them.”

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park At Mexico, Ny

Open until 12:34 AM

601 County Rte 16, Mexico, NY 13114, United States

“I just completed my 10th annual salmon trip staying here. The campground and experience has gotten better every year since the current owners started operating it. The whole place is clean and well kept. Bob, Marion and their staff are friendly and personable to everyone yet they have a unique ability to make you feel like their most special customer. They are very respectful. In return, most campers reciprocate that respect which results in a pleasurable time for everyone. This spot is great for families, just the guys/gals, or a private stay for anyone of any age.”

Allegany Mountain Resort At Rainbow Lake
4.4
( 16 reviews )

6994 Plato Rd, East Otto, NY 14729, United States

“I must say this place is by far my favorite campground! The staff have been very polite, friendly and accommodating. I love everything about this campground and the people who camp there are also very friendly. Beautiful campground all around! I can't say there is anything I didn't like about it. I don't have a membership (yet) but would love another opportunity to camp there next year if possible. Thank you Allegheny Mountain Resort for making my camping experience the very best it can be! God Bless! Very truly yours, Tony Cifelli”

Jellystone Park(tm) At Birchwood Acres
4.3
( 8 reviews )

85 Martinfeld Rd, Greenfield Park, NY 12435, United States

“The staff at the check in / store are very nice and it is a true kids haven. 2 years ago it was 4 stars when we tent camped. The facilities were cleaned & mopped constantly. This time we rented a premier cabin and it wasn’t cleaned. They sent someone to mop it out when we told them which was nice) but they didn’t do anything more. The shower curtain stunk, toilet was gross, any and all towel bars and hooks were completely ripped out and missing. The loft wasn’t vacuumed. Counters were dirty and deck had sticky patches from last guest. There’s nothing in the unit where we could do anything but sweep. No mop, bucket or vacuum. It’s obvious that the cleaning staff and the pool lifeguards don’t want to do their jobs (not even watching kids in pool just on their phone) The bathrooms by the pool and playground were gross. Very different experience from last visit.”

Jellystone Park(tm) Of Western New York

( 8 reviews )

5204 Youngers Rd, North Java, NY 14113, United States

“Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews. We arrived and checked in with our 5th wheel. They booked us a grass site with no gravel on an extremely narrow road. Therefore we had to move sites and pay an additional $100 dollars due to the new site being a premium site. Which was at the very end of the campground furthest away from the pool area. Due to the distance we decided to rent a golf cart. All carts were reserved for the month. As far as the amenities: the pool is below average, splash pad is the highlight of the camp ground, putt putt is fun, bounces houses are fine. THERE IS NO AQUA PARK and the beach is closed due to algae. Forget about playing gel blasters as there is no rules about playing and the unsupervised kids will play until the guns are dead. The premium site was fine overall but the price ($150) for the amenities that can actually be utilized does not correlate.”

King Phillips Campground & Resort
4.4
( 8 reviews )

14 Bloody Pond Rd, Lake George, NY 12845, United States

“Nice campground. We came here with an RV. Close to Lake George and many attractions and restaurants. We wanted a more secluded RV site and it was too bad that we were not able to pick a spot. The spot that we were assigned was a wooded area so that made it a bit better however I would love more privacy and further away from other campers. The swimming pool was small but clean. Staff were mostly friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Overall I think this is a good spot to come if you're in Lake George. But I probably won't return since I crave for more solitude when I get away.”

Aji Rhonda Ck Safari

Fairgrounds, 346 Schroon River Rd, Warrensburg, NY 12885, United States

“We had a great weekend! Friendly staff and very good at their jobs. Place was very neat. Bathhouses were clean, showers were clean and the hot water was excellent! Owner was always available to you, and was around the camp day and night. A lot to do there during the day if you didn’t want to leave. I would definitely go back!”

Flat Rock Inn

4100 Flat Rock Rd, Lowville, NY 13367, United States

Lake George Camping Village
4.2
( 8 reviews )

43 Finkle Farm Road, Lake George, NY 12845, United States

“We booked a seasonal site and loved it so much we are coming back next year! Thanks to Mike, Mary, Tonya and the great ladies in the office for all their work and great local recommendations. Sites are spacious, well maintained and plenty of beautiful shady trees. This is by far the best campsite in the area, you feel like you are actually camping and not stuck in a parking lot. Great location close to town as well!! 10/10 recommend!”

Rogers Rock Campground
4.3
( 8 reviews )

9894 Lake Shore Dr, Hague, NY 12836, United States

“It is very cute place! Lake is awesome, so clean and warm, and the views are just amazing. Camp sites are pretty good, but some of them have not so good grills and tables. A lot of places around the place if you wanna go outside. One star down because of dirty old toilets, sometimes there is no toilet paper at all. Showers are also not in a perfect condition, some faucets are broken. Grab your tube, boat, kayak to have more fun! In general - great experience! I recommend this place.”

Kittatinny Canoes - K-camp
3.9
( 8 reviews )

3854 NY-97, Barryville, NY 12719, United States

“We loved our experience camping here. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We arrived late in the evening, and they had wood waiting for us at the site. Sadly, we had to check out early because of the weather, but overall, it was a great experience. We had a site by the creek/stream, and it was gorgeous. The bathrooms were clean and well lit the entire visit. Check-in and check out were super simple. Can't say enough about how great this was.”

Brennan Beach Campground
4.2
( 8 reviews )

80 Brennan Beach Rd, Pulaski, NY 13142, United States

“This place is wonderful. Laurie, owner of the bar and grill was so friendly and the food is really good. Everything was served hot and delicious. Our bartender was super sweet. The gals in the store are very sociable and make you feel so welcome. There is a ton of stuff for adults and children to stay busy. The band, Ryder performed. They ROCKED! There is so much room to ride bikes. The roads are good. We were really impressed. Our site was big, really nice trees. FHU worked great.”
