“We visited Goodfellas on our way back to Boston from Gloucester after a day of whale watching. The high reviews and food photos helped our decision to give this restaurant a try for dinner. This place definitely deserves the 4.9 rating that it has! The service was absolutely impeccable! We were greeted the second we stepped foot in the door which provided a very welcoming vibe. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. They explained a little about the restaurant, menu and provided recommendations. We started off by sampling a slice of their cheese and Buffalo chicken pizzas. Both were great, but this was THE BEST cheese pizza my husband and son had ever tasted! The crust was super thin, yet crispy. The crust had a great taste even on its own. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Ranch salad, cheese lasagna, Chicken Broculetini with mushroom tortellini and a couple of slices of cheese pizza. All our food was amazing! This was the best meal we have our entire vacation. This crew works hard to prepare everything fresh and they take a lot of pride in their food and it shows! All our food arrived steaming hot and the flavors were incredible! The chicken broculetini was something you would find in a fine dining italian restaurant, it was that good! We will definitely go out of our way to stop here next time we visit the Boston area! Run, don’t walk to try this hidden gem! Great job guys!”

“Was craving ice cream on the way to Boston & was able to get my fix before it closed. Just for kicks, sampled the grape nut which was interesting. It tasted like soggy grape nuts so at least you don't chip a tooth; you either love it or hate it. I decided to stick to my faves, chocolate peanut butter & pistachio. The pistachio flavoring was off, a bit too pistachio-y, if that's even possible. But the chocolate peanut butter hit the spot. Hubby got the milk & cookies & that was yummy too. Business was steady with a lot of local kids, even on a cold weeknight.”

“I was in Cape Cod visiting my daughter for a few days. We had breakfast here 3 mornings and I loved it! The bananas foster French toast was one of the best breakfast foods I have eaten! There were 3 of us and we each ordered an egg dish and we split the French toast. The omelettes, goat cheese chive scramble and potatoes were all delicious! Almost forgot , we shared the cinnamon roll French toast one morning. Was almost as good as the bananas foster one! The people working there are very nice. Service was great. The last day we were there, one of the chefs came out to ask us how we liked the omelettes. We had ordered the specials and he told us they were his idea. I love that he cared about the food he was preparing! They are crowded but the wait wasn’t very long. We went on Monday before we left and we’re seated right away. Might be a good day to go! Highly recommend this place. Go, you won’t be disappointed!”

From the start, everything from our drinks to the fresh rolls till the end was fantastic. The appetizer was the eggplant. I could have eaten just a plate of that and called it a day. My wife got the beef short ribs and I had the pork loin based on the servers recommendations. Could not have been better. Memorable meal. Will visit next time we're in Mass.”

”I ordered my breakfast and lunch online. Both were ready as soon as I walked in. Breakfast was a biscuit and an iced chai latte with oat milk. The biscuits are amazinggg (especially warmed up). They're so buttery and soft. I'd say it's the perfect biscuit. The chai was good, It tasted like it had a little too much spice in it but still good regardless. For lunch I had their Turkey BLAT (with no bacon) and 2 more biscuits. The sandwich was ok, only because I don't really like multigrain bread but everything else on the sandwich was tasty and fresh.”
