“This place was phenomenal! The service we got as of our arrival was excellent. I had mentioned in our reservation that we were with Autocamp Cape Cod on our honeymoon and they didn’t fail to deliver a wonderful experience! Upon arrival at our Airstream we were greeted by a bottle of sparkling cider, 2 glasses and a wonderful note from the staff wishing us a happy honeymoon! Also we adored the supper for 2 that the we can cook over our fire pit. The sides were prepared in advance, all we needed to cook our protein and heat up the sides and voila! Supper for 2 at our campsite! Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!”

“We were there in December, not a peak time but I'll admit I was really disappointed the indoor hot-tub and pool were closed. I really wanted a hot tub. So if that's important to you call first!! Aside from that, the room was very nice!! Wonderfully ample and super fluffy pillows. It's nicely kept. Outside our room was a cute porch and beautifully maintained courtyard with a firepit/burn barrel, several BBQ grills and etc. Really cute. I could easily see someone renting out the wing with family in the warmer months.”

“On Monday Dec. 18 we lost power at 10:30am. It wasn’t that cold yet so we spent the nite at home. On Tuesday it started to get colder at night so I called the Hampton Inn/ Franklin. I talked to a very rude person called Michael asked him how much an overnight stay was. He said it was $169 at the moment. He said he had availability. We got some belongings together and a half hour later showed up at the hotel. Michael was at the desk. He asked my last name, I told him, he said I don’t see your name on the reservation list. I told him he didn’t ask my name when I called. He said I hung up on him before he asked my name. Why in the world would I hang up being so desperate for a good nights sleep. He said he has a room at $198. What a con artist. He wouldn’t honor the $169 price he quoted me on the phone. I told him forget it and left. That place was horrible. It smelled awful walking in the door. We finally found a room in the Hilton in Dedham. They were so pleasant. Unlike Hampton/Franklin hotel.”

“Just a quick run to Cape Cod with my wife. Only item on program was Provincetown Whale Watch excursion. Weather was outstanding for late October and location right on the beach was outstanding. As a long time Bluegreen owner I now have another locale to add to my future road trips locales. Kitchen very handy though for longer stays a cooktop and oven would help (but one can always bring their own). Have seen that they may be around but did not seek them out. Beachfront bonfire a nice place to gather and meet other road trippers. All generally pretty laid back.”

”The Oasis Guest House was a perfect base for us to explore Boston on our short stay as it is located near a metro station and just a short walk away from the Back Bay train station and Logan Airport shuttle. We stayed in the budget room with a shared bathroom. The room was basic, but more importantly it was clean and safe. The shared bathroom also posed no issues and there were always enough towels and toiletries. The breakfast included was simple but absolutely appreciated! It saved us possibly 8 or 10 dollars a day and allowed us to start each day without a search for a cafe. The staff were very helpful whenever I emailed regarding payment or check-in, and we were able to leave our bags with them before our flight that evening. Our only slight downsides were a gap under our bedroom door which left in some light and noise from the corridor, and the room getting slightly cooler at night (although extra blankets were available if needed). The price is slightly more than I have paid for similar properties elsewhere, but compared to Boston's hotels? This was excellent value! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to explore Boston from a safe and clean base!”

”Fantastic experience with this place. The staff was super friendly and attentive - their presence added even more warmth to the storybook charm of the hotel and the hotel's incredible central location. The rooms are cute and clean, and offer a view (from most rooms, I imagine), and they have small complementary snack bar for guests that offers reason enough to stop back off at the hotel in-between activities. Mere moments' walk from the beach, the docks, the shops, the jetty - It really doesn't get much better than this on the island. Can't wait to come back.”

”This is my 2nd stay here, 3 nights in all. The cottages were wonderfully stocked. Very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely not for people who want to party, exactly right for me. The 2 women I spoke with in the office were extremely helpful and sweet. I'll be back for sure.”

”Picked this place for the view. Third story balcony is breathtaking! Worth lugging your luggage up two flights of narrow stairs. The gentlemen were nice who served us. The bed was so high off the ground, my husband had to hoist me up (I'm 5'6"). Breakfast was kinda lame. Go get coffee across the street. I'd go back just for the view”

”A nice spot to relax, play lawn games and grab a quick dinner The lawn furniture, however, always seem to be taken, and the shades don't really protect from the sun. The food is ok, with a captive audience they don't have to try that hard. Hungry guests will still pay for it rather than go out. The staff is kind and works hard.”

”I found this place last minute. It was a good price for one night. Donna who works at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. They have a text feature to communicate with the front desk prior to arrival in case you need any last minute amenities and ETA I really appreciated that. The pool (indoor, heated)was amazing, super clean and pretty deep for a hotel/motel pool. The pools lounge area was so upscale and welcoming. The only downside to the pool is that if you stay off season and there are no rooms connected to the pool area think twice about going as we had to run wet outside to our room in the cold.”

”Wonderful place to stay! Location was perfect very close to downtown and restaurants. The room was very cute and had everything we needed. The room had a Keurig coffee machine and real mugs, not the paper ones like in most places. Our room also had a sliding glass door that led to a little table outside on a patio, if I had more time and it was slightly warmer I would have loved to sit and enjoy my coffee out there. I would stay here again if ever back in Chatham.”

”I have only stayed in the Studio over the last several years while staying here, and have always had a good experience. The room is on the second floor, above the office, so I can't speak to any noise problems like some reviewers mentioned. The room also has hardwood floors versus carpet, so never had an issue with mold/must either. I can agree the towels could be better, but most motels on Cape and in general share this. The Studio room has a full kitchen (oven, stove, fridge) so if you're looking to cook/save money while on vacation and want a less expensive place to stay while still in a good location this is it. The parking lot can be a bit tight, but Summer on Cape is packed most places.”
