“It's a fine dining restaurant. The ambience is great and service is decent. It's a busy place and there was about 10-15 minutes wait time when we visited this place. Not a suggested place for vegetarian folks. A two star rating is due to the lack of vegetarian options. I would say it's a biased review and I had a limited number of veg options to choose from. And most of the available vegetarian options contain mushrooms which further narrowed down the scope. My friends enjoyed the place. Apparently the rest of the menu is good. Another reason for a low rating is the pricing. The food is not great and it cost me about $27 for a vegetable delight and spring rolls. Rice costs you extra.”

“Tiny little place in Chinatown and very charming. The choices of Ramen and appetizers were perfect, so it's not overwhelming to pick. I got the spicy original Ramen with some extra eggs, cause they are bomb. I got the crab stick tempura and lollipop fried shrimp with egg on top. I liked the shrimp a lot more, but both delicious and crunchy. The Ramen portion was perfect. I wasn't too full, but full enough. Broth was very creamy and tasty. It's apparently cooked for 2 days for the "umami flavor to release". I slurped up every last bit. Got a side of sake peach jelly. Not for everyone, but I'm always a fan. Acts as a dessert as well. It's a tiny spot, so service was fast and precise for lunchtime. Overall, would definitely eat here again and highly recommend!”

“Listen, do you want delicious and healthy food with great service at a great price? We have been coming to this Fuji restaurant forever. We love it. During one of our dinners, I timed it: 20 minutes from when we sat down until we left. Talk about efficient! My favorite part is that you don’t have to dislocate your jaw to get one of their sushi rolls in your mouth because their size is great. I don’t like big pieces of sushi rolls. Two people, one glass of wine each, 3 rolls of sushi, sake sashimi (salmon) and salad and tip:~$65 total. It is managed separately from the Fuji in Quincy Center and Ink Block (those are fancy and more expensive.)”

”My friend and I went during their Halloween celebration Scare Leave. It was super crowded, but we were able to find two open chairs at the bar relatively quickly. If you’re going for a special event, definitely make a reservation unless you have a small party. The vibes are great. They had lots of fun decorations matching the pirate theme. The bartender was super nice. My friend and I were talking about different restaurants, and I kept forgetting the name of certain places, but the bartender would interject with the name. Honestly, a G. I got Ahuizotl's Conquest, a cocktail that didn’t have a strong taste other than pure alcohol. Food wise, I also got the okonomiyaki tater tots which were fine but didn’t taste particularly like okonomiyaki. For my main meal, I got the shiitake tempura roll which wasn’t too bad. The tempura was quite crispy, and there were enough rolls that I was satisfied.”

”What a gem! I didn’t expect this place to have such a nice vibe and decor. All the wooden accents that they have and the nice sushi bar setup add a really authentic touch to the place. Also the way they serve the sushi on a wooden tray makes it a much more enjoyable experience than the usual ceramic plates. I got around 10 maki pieces and they were delicious! The rice was very soft and moist, the seaweed wrap was not chewy at all, and the fish tasted very fresh! I also got a seaweed side salad (which in my opinion can be shared by 2 people) and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place whether it’s for a night out with friends or a date! Though I would try to get a table in the area where the sushi bar is because the further you go inside the more isolated you feel, but still enjoyable! I would say that the service was a bit slow but I think it was understandable when you factor in the large amount of people, the quality and presentation of the dishes, and the care they put into them.”
