“We were very excited to try the Blue Marlin from reviews we’ve seen. I have to mention our initial reaction was a little sketchy when we first entered and encountered the hostess. She looked at my family (including me, my wife & 2 adult daughters) and asked… “What can I do for you?” with an unwelcoming look on her face we interpreted to mean What are you people doing here? If we weren’t celebrating my wife’s birthday I probably would have left. She brought us to our table, literally threw the menus on the table and said someone would be with us. THANKFULLY, our server came and was super friendly. Everything else went well. The food was pretty good and seemed fresh. We also enjoyed the atmosphere. The only other slight disappointment, though not a big thing, was I mentioned my wife’s birthday to our server but no special recognition was afforded her. Would probably like to return and try it again.”

“Randomly stumbled upon this place while walking around on our trip to Boston. This was one of the highlights of our trip! Try the eggrolls! My favorite was the steak and cheese. We also had wings and hotdogs. Great bar food. Great drinks. The bartender/owner was awesome. We vibed well with her and other patrons of the bar. We stayed for a few hours but I could’ve stayed all day.”

I’ve ordered here about half a dozen times and never been disappointed, today trying a cheeseburger deluxe pizza with pickles which was excellent and then the clients I’m driving wanted three pizzas which I called in with only 15 minutes before closing time and they were accommodating, seemed to have no problem. That goes a long way in my book. A little flexibility and possibly staying later than closing time to make a last minute sale. That’s the way to do business.”
