“I lived there with my family for close to three and half years. It’s a top notch community. Awesome maintenance team and very proactive leasing office staff. The community has lot of amenities, all well maintained. It’s built at a prime location close to several shopping options. I didn’t come across any crime reported all through my time there. My family had an awesome time and my two kids made lot of of beautiful memories there something we will all cherish for the rest of our life. We would have continued living there if we didn’t have to move to a different state. We miss Avalon so much! Thank you for all the wonderful memories!”

“This complex is extremely nice. The amenities are clean and excellent to have. I’m also writing to specifically review the maintenance services. They are very fast and efficient and the workers are very helpful and kind. In particular we’ve worked with Sean who is a quick worker and always offers to fix anything that could be needed. Highly recommend this property for young couples or friends who want a nice secluded complex that’s still close to Quincy center and access to Boston.”

My dog Bruce loves it here - lots of space and amenities for him too. “So far it’s a win! We have a 2 bed 2 bath with balcony. Great location and building is very well maintained. Dogs are allowed and everything is CLEAN. No pool but lots of outdoor and common spaces. Could use a dog washing area and an outdoor space for dogs to relieve themselves for the colder months. Very happy living here.”

”I am so pleased with the new maintenance structure of The Revolution. My fiancé and I moved into the apartments at Revolution in May and we ran into some issues with the old management who said they would fix our floors that they messed up but never did. When we put in a new maintenance request with the new management, Martin responded almost immediately and helped us throughout the entire process. He was in constant communication with us, and was able to fix the issue with our floors in such a fast manner. We are so thankful he was able to do this and make it convenient for us!”

”Great apartments, close to everything on Moody Street and everything fun in downtown Waltham!! Cronin’s Landing is a top notch facility: well kept, quiet, but yet convenient to all the best eats outside of Boston and shopping on Moody. Close enough to walk to everything in town, and convenient for commuter trains/bus lines, if that is needed. Management is superb- we worked with Melanie and she is fabulous, she seemed to know exactly what to recommend and what we were looking for. They seem to care about your buying/living experience, which is too rare these days. Can’t say enough great things about Cronin’s Landing and Melanie!”

”Mark and Montrez are two of my favorite receptionists at Ava because they are always smiling and wishing us the best! Mark even helped my mom today when she was locked out. Nicole also resolved a residence app request literally within 15 minutes of submitting it. Meg additionally honored our original price for the unit of when we were touring Ava. Genuinely, everyone who works here is super considerate of our safety and comfort and I love how the team dynamic is very cohesive! The workers are diligent, welcoming and humble with their intelligence. I couldn’t recommend this place more and wish I could give this review six stars instead of five!”

”Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. 😊 I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”

”Since I moved to Avalon Burlington from Cambridge, all the staff provides great maintenance and service for residents. I have great experiences here. Definitely, I would recommend Avalon Burlington when anybody wants to move to Burlington. Moreover, monthly leasing fee seems reasonable, compared to other places. ”Do not live here water is always off no hot water you can hear everything through the walls pepole constantly slamming doors no one picks up after there pets. Rude management. They lie to you when u sign the lease saying it’s a great place to live that is a lie. Packages go missing all the time all they care about is money and frankly for the amount of money you pay it’s not worth it hall ways smell like mold. Awful place I regret it I will also be posting pictures as proof of their neglect they like to answer reviews saying what pepole are reviewing are allegation’s. That’s why I will be posting pictures as proof slumlords at its best. Place Is a mess no one does anything about it. Not worth 3k a month at all. All the 5 star reviews are fake for sure”

”I have lived in J malden over six months. I really enjoy living here. They have very clean and cozy public area on the 2nd floor. There is outdoor pool, outdoor grills area, indoor table tennis etc. And the management staff are very friendly and informative especially Michael who is very helpful and likes to organize parties for the residents. I would like to rate a 5 star for this place.”
