My only complaint was the room I was in was extremely stuffy, almost like the heat was on full blast. I ended up needing to put the air on. I wish there was a little more variety with breakfast, but I can't really complain since it's complimentary.”

“What a great hotel! Stayed here with my husband and two toddlers for a winter weekend getaway - we had plans to see the Providence Bruins and to get dinner on Federal Hill and wanted a hotel with an indoor pool - we found this gem 12 minutes east of Providence and had such a wonderful stay! Very clean and updated. The staff was great! Rose’s breakfast was outstanding! The pool was so warm and clean. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The boys slept comfortably on the sofa bed which was actually pretty comfortable! The king size bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very quiet - we will be back! We had no idea there was a giant arcade behind the hotel, so now we’re planning our next trip back!”

“Stayed one night at this location. Rooms were clean but had to put up our own shower curtain on the rod (surprising!) Then, strangely enough, when we turned off all the lights and were in bed, there was active light on the bedspread, maybe static electricity? Very strange. Breakfast was super, staff was very friendly and helpful to get us coffee. In the morning, during typical checkout time, no one was staffing the front desk. Keep up the good work, and take care of your employees as I am sure they are hard to find these days.”

”Room was a little dated, but cozy. The location of the hotel is good for it being near a mall, but it was still an odd drive down a long road with nothing around it except commercial businesses. The real winner for the 5 stars was because of the breakfast. They had fresh lemon water, milk, coffee, juice, waffles, at least 3 hot options such as bacon, eggs, and sausage, cereal, fruit, and yogurts, bread, muffins. Definitely one of the better breakfasts I've had in a while.”

”Comfortable but purely functional. Good breakfast. Very small "fitness center". Check-in took inordinately long. We were literally at the counter 20 minutes trying to check in, while the lady fought with her computer, forgot things, had to redo things or ask other colleagues for help. Also, an additional 5 minutes was spent with her in a near slapstick farcical exchange about the room cleaning policy. Was it on request only, or automatically done? - "If you want your room cleaned, don't leave the "Do not disturb" sign on the door, and let us know." - "Let you know what?" - "If you want your room cleaned." - "If I don't let you know, it won't be cleaned?" - "We always clean the rooms for guests who want that. Just leave the DND sign off the door.". - "So, if I leave the DND off the room will be cleaned automatically? I.e. like in every other hotel in the world?" - "You can let us know also." - "I can, or I have to?". -"You can." - "OK so the room will be made up as long as the DND sign is NOT on the door, right?". -"Yes, make sure the DND sign is not on the door." - "OK, understand that, that's how it works in all hotels. But do I still need to let you know at the desk?". - "You can."”

The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful and made a huge difference to me personally during my stay. Location - there were several nice local restaurants within walking distance, as well as a day spa across the street. There is are several great coffee shops too. Rooms were very clean and quiet.”

”This is one if my go-to places when I’m in P-Town. I usually stay here twice a year-spring and fall. I closed the place this year and I think I’m opening it again in April 24. Anyhow I moved three times in the first day for various issues and wound up in a suite. No hassles and never an upcharge. The front desk person was great and very accommodating (I get stuck on names). We are not real messy people so we didn’t use housekeeping, although my wife heard them knock at the door a couple of times. I want to give a shout-out to the manager Jacqui. She has also been very flexible with my requests. The only “down side” the I have is that I’m not real sold on the “resort fee”, which because of the time of year wasn’t charged. I know the extras are there for all the guests and if I choose not to use them it’s my choice. Enough of that rant. It doesn’t stop me from coming here. Again great staff and a convenient place to stay.”

Unfortunately, we had to check out early due to a family emergency. The woman at the front desk was quick to make sure it was not because we were unhappy with our stay and kindly wished us well. ”Absolutely stunning vistas from what can best be described as a half-renovated assisted-living facility right off the highway. Definitely tough if you’re not with a car. The half bagels and hard boiled eggs at the “continental breakfast” are what you’d expect at a FEMA camp and the coffee is likely what caused the catastrophe to begin with. Comfortable bed, clean room, and fixed shower head set at about nipple-level.”
