“Been to many hotels but this one is not up to the Hampton standard. The hallways had a weird smell and no air conditioning. When we stepped into our room, it had a stinky odor and the cooling system was not functional. We lowered the temperature down to 65 and still no change as there was just a small AC vent on the wall and not other cooling unit in the room. The bins had no liners and felt dirty. Restroom floor was greasy and the soap holder was broken, on top of that there was wet soap residue in the holder meaning it was not cleaned. Finally, we decided to leave this shabby motel come hotel. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to offer us refund and the staff was nice overall.”

“Absolutely amazing hotel. We were greeted by a very lovely front of the house lady who did our check in for us. Our room was very spacious, well equipped and cozy. The hotel had an amazing view of the harbour. There is a laundry room which we used, extremely handy, both washing machines and dryers all clean and fairly new( you need coins) There is a gym as well, lovely sitting area with a terrace upstairs and downstairs, there is a little shop with all essentials that you may need( laundry detergent as well), a restaurant with a waiter-robot :). But what really made me very happy about our stay in the hotel was the gluten free bread and rolls during breakfast. As a coeliac- thank you so much. I don’t get much gluten free hotel breakfast experience so I am super grateful. It is also worth mentioning that the airport bus stop is behind the hotel and it is a 10-20 minute ride which is super helpful. All in all we had an amazing stay, thank you to all the staff for their hospitality.”

”What a great hotel! Stayed here with my husband and two toddlers for a winter weekend getaway - we had plans to see the Providence Bruins and to get dinner on Federal Hill and wanted a hotel with an indoor pool - we found this gem 12 minutes east of Providence and had such a wonderful stay! Very clean and updated. The staff was great! Rose’s breakfast was outstanding! The pool was so warm and clean. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The boys slept comfortably on the sofa bed which was actually pretty comfortable! The king size bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very quiet - we will be back! We had no idea there was a giant arcade behind the hotel, so now we’re planning our next trip back!”

”Overall would give it zero stars. Absolutely disgusting. Hallways smelled like garbage, seafood, rotten milk and cooking smells. Sketchy vibe. Hallway garbage cans were over filled. Floors were dirty. Our room was actually nice, the bed was comfortable, but we left after only two days due to the smell and the sketchiness. Only felt safe in our room with the door locked. Gym facility looked okay, but I wouldn’t use it no towels or sanitizer spray on top of the horrible smells in the hallways. When we were about to leave our room to checkout housekeeping knocked on our door, we told them that we were vacating the room in two minutes. They knocked again and insisted that they come in to check the fire alarm. Once in the room they said this will take only two seconds and they proceeded to set the fire alarm off repeatedly. We quickly grabbed our stuff and left. Went and stayed at a much better Hilton hotel in the next town. Never will stay at any Homewood Suites again! First and last time for me.”

”Comfortable but purely functional. Good breakfast. Very small "fitness center". Check-in took inordinately long. We were literally at the counter 20 minutes trying to check in, while the lady fought with her computer, forgot things, had to redo things or ask other colleagues for help. Also, an additional 5 minutes was spent with her in a near slapstick farcical exchange about the room cleaning policy. Was it on request only, or automatically done? - "If you want your room cleaned, don't leave the "Do not disturb" sign on the door, and let us know." - "Let you know what?" - "If you want your room cleaned." - "If I don't let you know, it won't be cleaned?" - "We always clean the rooms for guests who want that. Just leave the DND sign off the door.". - "So, if I leave the DND off the room will be cleaned automatically? I.e. like in every other hotel in the world?" - "You can let us know also." - "I can, or I have to?". -"You can." - "OK so the room will be made up as long as the DND sign is NOT on the door, right?". -"Yes, make sure the DND sign is not on the door." - "OK, understand that, that's how it works in all hotels. But do I still need to let you know at the desk?". - "You can."”

”This hotel stops food delivery workers as they enter the lobby and has them leave the food on a table in the middle of the lobby, then waits until they feel like it to notify the guest. If you don't want the slop served in the hotel kitchen they will try to impede your ability to get food elsewhere. I suggest finding a more accommodating hotel.”

”Parking included! That was the only reason we stayed here instead of the 7 other similarly priced well rated hotels near North Station and Cambridge. The hotel is nice. Clean and updated. Service was good. Nothing over the top, but still a very nice place to stay, and a solid value. Convenient location right across from the science museum and planetarium. Next door to a train stop, but thankfully, quiet inside. Breakfast included as well! That was a buffet of waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. It's 10-15 minute walk from the TD Garden area, a 10-minute walk to the Cambridge Crossing Mall area, and a 5 minute or less walk to a plaza with a large grocery store and a few restaurants. Add the convenience of the train, and you could use this as a hub for business or pleasure travel. Bring the kids. It should be noted that there is limited space in the parking garage. Less spaces then hotel rooms, and it's first come, not reserved spots. Keep this in mind as street parking times might not work for your schedule. If you can get it, indoor parking is nice to have.”

”Excellent Homewood Suites by Hilton located in Hadley, Massachusetts, just off of Route 9. It was the first time that I had ever stayed at this particular Hilton property. It was only built back in 2019, so everything looks and feels new, as it should. The standard room was extremely spacious with a kitchen area that included a full-size refrigerator, stove top, sink, and all kinds of needed kitchen utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Built in Microwave over stove top, plus toaster. Desk with table light for any business needs. Rooms come with either a King Size Bed or 2 Queen Size Beds. Rooms include a sofa and table, and another table with a TV. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower and toilet in a separate room, with a vanity and sink just outside that room. Nice size closet opposite the vanity. The hotel is beautiful and includes a hot breakfast every morning. What I liked best about it, besides it being so new and clean, was how quiet the room was and the location. Plenty of parking as it shares a shopping plaza with several types of stores, which is not the typical location that one would normally find a Hotel located at, which are usually located near a busy and noisy highway. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. 15 minutes to Northampton and 10 minutes to Amherst or UMASS. The staff were friendly and professional, as expected in all Hilton properties. You certainly won't go wrong at this location. Highly recommended!!!”
