”I went there Wednesday evening with a flat tire decided to do all four tires. And although they were fast and reasonable, it was unacceptable that I left with my tire not completely fastened to my car. I made it two blocks before the tire came half off if I did not own my own Lug wrench I would’ve been screwed or had I not realize something was wrong something far worse could’ve happened. I went back to the shop. They did admit their wrong but no manager owner was available when I called multiple times. I keep getting the runaround. I find the unprofessionalism at its highest so now I’m leaving a review so your owner can see this you know exactly which car it was and I’m getting really ticked off $380 for my life to be in jeopardy because you couldn’t take an extra five seconds to make sure the Lugnuts were put on properly. SPEED SHOULD NOT PRIORITIZE OVER SAFTEY EVER!!!!”

”Took my car in for an oil change. They pointed out some relatively urgent maintenance that needed to be done, and were kind enough to fit me in later that week to replace an unevenly worn-out tire and a tie rod, as well as doing an alignment. They also highlighted that the engine air filter needed replacement, which was an easy enough job for me to do on my own. However, once I got the part a couple weeks later and went to install it, I discovered that they had left the clasps undone on the engine air filter compartment, potentially allowing contaminants into the engine air intake. Luckily I discovered it relatively soon before any major travels, but this was a serious oversight which erodes my trust in this shop’s procedures, as this mistake could have led to serious engine issues (and might yet still, if I’m unlucky). I contacted the shop about it mid last week, and they said the owner would reach out to me, but I have yet to hear anything back.”

They gave me a failed inspection sticker for a front end bushing. 3 weeks earlier I had it at a Cadillac dealership for an oil change and 14 point inspection in NH. Nothing wrong reported. Took it to the shop 3 weeks later and received failed inspection. Vehicle is under extended warranty, brought it back to a MA Cadillac dealer where I bought it. They found nothing wrong. I paid $35 for an inspection sticker.”

”Please read this before going to have your car services at Grava Jeep in Medford. In all the years of bringing car to dealers this has to be the worse experience I ever had. This is the first and last time I bring my car there. I went in to have four tire replaced. Something that should have taken two hours at most took four and a half hours. I ended up paying an extra $487 Dollars because they said the aluminum caps had corrosion which does make since because I fill the air in the tire 2 weeks prior and use my finger to put them back on. (see picture) They made them tighter themselves. And after all the wait they said you are all set your car is outside and they gave me the keys. The tires had all this glum all over them (see picture) They told me the glue will come out if I take it to a car wash. Worse customer service I've seen. A total scam no doubt. If I can give them less than one star I would.”
