“Not helpful at all and honestly they were cruel. Had to get police out there just to get my boat after purchasing from seller.The two ladies in the office do not want to help. The two ladies in office don’t want any problems. They are not good helpful employees. They tend to be very negative and condescending toward anything uncommonly seen in boating. Very evasive, and before I can get back with documentation they chained my boat to the dock. Very over the top and used the excuse of security to treat me and my family with contempt. I am no pushover and expressed my opinion very firm with some cuss words. No crime going on here yet I will be back with my documents after they clearly know I own it. Unbelievable truly.”

“If I could leave NO STARS, I would. This place is terrible. It is disheartening that my 13 year old autistic brother could not bowl with bumpers due to some rule. There are no accommodations available at this establishment. Had I known this prior to paying, I would not have. When asking if my brother could have lighter ball and bumpers up I was told, "No. Sorry, the rules are strict". Please avoid at all costs.”

Mostly flat walk, there was a boardwalk but it's under construction at the moment. Even foubd fresh blackberries while there for a woodland snack. Perfect little spooky walk for friends of the bizarre and weird.”

”The equipment here is nice but already worn. I love the elliptical but most of them squeak and the handles feel loose. The seats on the bikes need to be repaired. The sauna needs posted rules!! It should be a place to relax after your workout but people are always in there talking loudly either to their friends or on their phones, laying across the benches, or doing workouts! I've spoken with the staff about it months ago but nothing has changed. The location is great for me but I may just go back to PF. The sauna was the main reason I switched.”

”This gym is dirty all the time, even when it's been clean. The equipment is old and is always out of services - for weeks. It's like they don't care. The soap bins in the bathroom, antibacterial pumps in gym area, paper towels and toilet paper bins are usually empty. The stench in the bathroom is unbearable. If you go to Brookhaven or Taco Hills, the nearest and they are 10 times better. This gym has a lot of traffic, and you would think they would try to keep it in good shape. The only thing the gym has going for itself is location. If another gym opened similar in size would be competitive to take the business way. I am surprised there hasn't been an outbreak of staph infections.”

”Nice gym! Been going here for 5 plus years. Only negative. The cleaning guy sucks donkey you know what. I've watched him clean the men's bathroom several times and I just shook my head each time. Mopping over dirt and trash is not how you clean the floors. Lol. Ya have to get all the trash and dirt up 1st. Even the trash in and around the shower area that some nasty people keep leaving back there. That's my only gripe with this gym. The guy who cleans the male bathroom needs to clean better or get some better prescription glasses. I truly don't know what his eyes are seeing after he cleans the place.”
