“Upon visiting this establishment, I was disappointed to find several issues that impacted my experience and raised concerns about the safety and cleanliness of the facility. I have provided a one-star rating due to these significant issues, as I believe that prioritizing child safety is paramount in any establishment. Firstly, I observed multiple broken fixtures within the premises, as evidenced by the picture I have provided. This not only detracted from the overall aesthetic appeal of the place but also posed potential safety hazards. Additionally, there were numerous nails and wood pieces scattered throughout the facility, which could pose a risk, especially to young children. Despite my efforts to address these concerns by picking up the debris and seeking assistance from an associate, I was disappointed to find that the staff was unavailable for an extended period of at least 38 minutes. Furthermore, my disappointment continued when my daughter and I ordered a smoothie, specifically requesting no milk due to her allergy. Unfortunately, our request was not fulfilled, indicating a lack of attention to detail and customer care. This oversight could have had serious consequences for my daughter’s health and safety. It is also disheartening to note that this was not an isolated incident. During a previous visit just a week ago, my family and I had observed the same pieces of food in identical spots on the floor, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning and maintenance practices. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that this establishment takes steps to improve its cleanliness, safety measures, and overall customer care. A cleaner and safer environment, along with more attentive staff, would greatly enhance the experience for all patrons.”

“I love the childcare center! They know my kiddos names and my kids are always excited to be there. I get free time to work out, shower, etc. My favorite is the sauna, and my daughter loves the rock wall! There is so much for the entire family at the YMCA”

“We love this safari!! I have been multiple times and we it’s always fun! You just pay your entrance fee and buy your food inside the gas station then you walk in the petting zoo area to feed all the animals! You can also do a safari ride to the back which is cool too! We had the bus all to ourselves! It’s rained on the day we were originally supposed to do our safari ride and they let us come back the next day! They have also added in a new park area and carousel since we have been so we are definitely going to make the trip back!”

“Such a fun place for the kids to play. My son is two and has a blast running around and trying the different slides, climbing the obstacles he can, and playing in the lava ball pit. He definitely uses up quite a good amount of energy here and is tired on the way home. While I was there it looks like they hosted a party and had a room sectioned off for those participants to eat. Also I really like how they value security here and give your family a special stamp when you check in which must be verified as you leave to prevent kidnappings. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I went to go tour the facility and it was awesome. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful and friendly as he showed us around. I loved that they have child care, a pool, a sauna, and rooms for classes. The gym was clean over all and has lot of this for me to do when I work out. Would high recommend.”

“This gym is dirty all the time, even when it's been clean. The equipment is old and is always out of services - for weeks. It's like they don't care. The soap bins in the bathroom, antibacterial pumps in gym area, paper towels and toilet paper bins are usually empty. The stench in the bathroom is unbearable. If you go to Brookhaven or Taco Hills, the nearest and they are 10 times better. This gym has a lot of traffic, and you would think they would try to keep it in good shape. The only thing the gym has going for itself is location. If another gym opened similar in size would be competitive to take the business way. I am surprised there hasn't been an outbreak of staph infections.”
