“The construction around the hotel is very heavy but if you follow Google maps, it will lead you right to the front door. I originally booked my room online with a non refundable reservation which I quickly regretted as when I submitted my reservation it changed to a different date all together. It said I could not modify but after calling their corporate office and explaining what had happened, they quickly fixed it by correcting my date. The room was spotlessly clean, the service was great! The breakfast was good as well. Overall, definitely a great place to stay!”

The convenience of walking to the convention center was an awesome plus. Take care when crossing the street because the traffic goes from the light to the hotel and the cars approach rather quickly.”

She kept everything cleaned up and made sure there was nothing missing. Wish I remembered her name. She did have beautiful set of long braids. She was so gracious and personable with everyone. I have to say that the Managers Special which had food, beer and wine for their guest was the best I've experienced in any hotel that has had this offered. It was a pleasant surprise and everything was great. My stay was due to a hospital procedure and I will be coming back here. Thank you for your hospitality Hampton Inn staff.”

I also noticed that the room across from me their dishes from room service were left outside their door the entire stay! My trash wasn't emptied nor was my room refreshed. I spoke to the manager who promised she would reimburse me in Hilton Honors points, NEVER HAPPENED! I would not stay there again and will definitely share this information with my company so their money won't be wasted at a hotel that don't clean their guest rooms!”

”Room smells like a wet basement and smell is very strong. Thermostat is broken and A/C is stuck on. Room is cold, which I like but whole carpet is damp and under A/C is wet. Found 2 hairs and crumbs on my sheets. There's small holes in the wall and latch for closet door is missing. They're sold out so I couldn't change rooms. They gave me a discount and sent a guy up to spray fabreez but didn't help at all. Seems like maintenance is lacking. For the price I paid I expected better.”

”While we have stayed here multiple times without issue. Today after driving 7 hours into our trip we had a planned stop for this hotel. Upon arrival at 9:30 we were given our room. The door of the room would not close and latch properly. We went down to the front desk where we were given another room but that room did not have enough beds. After we came back down and stated the room was smaller than we booked we were told they did not have any other rooms that would fit us. The front desk girl called her manager who was no help and basically said we can’t help you. I said I booked a room but you can’t give me that room because it’s broken. Can we split our party into two rooms? They said I would have to pay for two rooms. Am I crazy here? I booked a room with you and it’s broken. Wouldn’t you want to place your guest who have been in your lobby for an hour with 4 kids and a dog into any room to make them happy. Corporate will be getting a call and a nice complaint. ”As with all Hamptons, it is a nice hotel and a good value. The lobby and hallway was pleasant and clean.The room was very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The service from the desk is good. So how can I give them a 3 rating?.....The problem is floor to floor noise. Once everyone settled in, it was a quiet stay....but it sounded like elephants were stomping and throwing things around above us when we were trying to get to sleep. There was also a periodic eerie unidentifiable noise in the hall or adjacent room that jolted us awake a couple of times. As far as the service rating, it concerns glacial speed elevators. I don't know why they have two elevators if they are only going to run one and have 5 minute wait times for guests to get access.”

”Tucked away in an area that has a breakfast/brunch restaurant next door. So, you must drive if you want something to eat or call Uber or some of those type places to bring it to the hotel. The hotel serves breakfast but it is hardly a step up from Hampton Inn. The attendant seemed like she was ready to go home for the day. It cost $ 10 a person. Not worth it in my estimation. They do have a bar for drinks, plenty of parking and parking lot is well lit. Rooms: It was clean, but the soap dispenser was in the way of the water handle and you had to pull the lever really hard. Who knows how long it has been like that. My husband showed it to the guy at the front desk and he could not believe it. Also, the tile by the coffee maker looks to have stains in your grout. You really can't tell unless the light is on. Bed was comfortable.”
