“To say that I’m impressed with the service at the Hotel Indigo would somehow be an understatement. After a 5am flight, my husband and I arrived early and exhausted the day of our reservation. Augusta greeted us at the front desk. She was kind, generous and to my surprise, checked us in early so we could get some much needed sleep and enjoy the rest of our weekend in Athens. Augusta continued to check in via text throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, so we didn’t need anything, but having that contact really came in handy when I realized after we left that I’d left a necklace in the room. Augusta immediately responded to my text, found the necklace and mailed it to my home. She really went above and beyond to make our stay great, and I’m so thankful for it! (Please give her a raise!)”

“Check in was easy. Customer service excellent! Beds are a comfortable firmness. Nice pool area indoors. Outdoors there is a beautiful fire pit. Check out at noon. A little pricey, but worth it. Definitely would stay again.”

“I will definitely be staying at the Justine Inn again on my next trip to Savannah. The staff was amazing. True southern hospitality. The breakfast was incredible each morning. The inn is so beautiful. It’s cozy and charming. Everyone there made me feel so special and comfortable. The inn is convenient to walk places. The river is a bit far, but I didn’t mind the walk at all because there’s so much to see along the way. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was wonderful.”

“The staff was nice. I felt sorry for the restaurant who seemed to be understaffed for the size of the crowd present. It appeared to only have 2 people. The convenience of walking to the convention center was an awesome plus. Take care when crossing the street because the traffic goes from the light to the hotel and the cars approach rather quickly.”

“This is a very nice hotel. The moment that I walked in the front doors, I thought it was nice. It was really clean and had a great first appearance. It is beautifully decorated with nice furniture and the colours are rich. I instantly felt happy. The front desk person was pleasant and had good customer service. Parking was good and I could see my vehicle from my room. My room was nice and clean and stocked appropriately. I enjoyed my stay while I was here and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. The bartender was a pleasure and the housekeeping ladies that I spoke with were friendly as they greeted me and their customer service came with a smile.”

”We had an excellent overall experience at the Alida. The staff was fantastic, especially Ms. Rodriguez at the front desk. She helped us out when there was a discrepancy with the room we booked and the info the hotel got, and then went above and beyond by running up to the 3rd floor to check that the new room was ready when she was waiting to hear from housekeeping. We saw her go out of her way to help out other guests as well. Rooms are nicely designed and modern, furniture and bedding is great, the gym is fantastic, and the bar (and the bartenders) were excellent. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent. The amenity fee is annoying but there were enough benefits that it didn’t bother us too much, and we got such great service from the bar that it ended up being a bit of a silver lining. Only real complaint is that there’s no way to get coffee before 7am. Seems like an easy win to put it in the lobby instead of the restaurant a little bit earlier.”

The building is clean and in the fall the grounds were beautiful. It's also next to pappadeauxs, which is a great restaurant if you stay there.”

”Good location, low quality rooms. No vent fans, stains on the comforters, the shower curtain holder was damaged so didn't like to stay closed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, nice complimentary cookies and other things. But the rooms smelled a little, and had lots of stains. They didn't seem clean. Loud, poorly insulated. I could hear my neighbors all the time. Even overheard them snoring. Requires vallay parking, which I'm not a fan of.”

”I’ve been yearning to stay at this boutique hotel and finally found time to visit for a quick weekend getaway. The property is quiet which allowed me to get lots of rest and work done. I was given directions to access the self-service check in and had no issues. One of the owners also checked in with me before my stay and was readily available to answer any questions. My room was very clean and I felt safe. I LOVE the decor throughout all spaces and felt very welcomed. I look forward to future visits at this property. Thank you Limelight!”

”This hotel was in a great location but left a lot to be desired. There was never any hot water in the morning for a shower along with the rest of the room looking a bit dated. The first night there were several cars with windows smashed out in the back of the building then lots of police activity the following night. I think I will drive a little further next time and stay somewhere else.”

”We came for a tour of the Alpaca Treehouse property and to feed the lovely alpacas and llamas. We absolutely loved Kara and hearing about her rescue efforts, as well as, all that she has built on this property! We also got to see the treehouse in the bamboo forest and absolutely added it to our “must stay here” list for next time we visit. The animals are clearly very well taken care of and loved dearly, and now they can add us to the list of people who love them too! Thank you for the lovely afternoon 🦙🩵”
