“Great stay at this Hilton location. The room was clean. We brought our toddler and the room was big enough for him to run around in. I’d say if you are not here for the late night fun to stay floors 3-4. There’s music that thumps from the floor beneath the main and it goes just about until 2am. It want too bad, but good to know for next time. We stayed on floor 2. The location is perfect for walking to coffee, brunch, dinner or just for a stroll. Convenient to the Avalon for more restaurant or shopping options. Parking was not an issue. The hotel has valet for their fee. Or if you are not here long during the day ~2-3 hours you can easily street or park in the public parking garage for $0. All in all wonderful stay.”

“I want to have really liked this hotel, but there were a number of misses that impacted the comfort & quality of the stay. Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the heating was problematic. We had a suit with 2 heat sources. The living room side was constantly blowing heat with a high fan regardless of the fan or heating setting. The bedroom heater was the direct opposite constantly blowing cold air with a high fan regardless of the heat setting. Not at all ideal. There were also issues getting ice. There was no ice on the 3rd floor, the 2nd floor ice was not working, and the 1st floor also didn't have an ice machine, so we had to go to the restaurant any time we wanted ice. Additionally we had breakfast included with our rate. At check in the clerk couldn't see the perk, so I had to pull up the reservation on my phone. She then indicated there would be no issue at the restaurant the next morning. At the restaurant, there was no record on the account or "list" and we had to go to the clerk to get it fixed, by again pulling up the info on my phone, and then go back to the restaurant to order. Overall just a lot of issues for a hotel stay that lasted less than 12 hrs.”
