“Jennifer is the BEST! She was Exceptional during my touring appointment at The View at Woodstock. I had very specific wants for the location of the floor plan I was interested in, and she was understanding, gracious and accommodating. We toured the beautiful property, viewed the available unit I wanted, and she was extremely informative and thoughtful every step of the way. By the end of our hour together I was ready to apply and secure the apartment. As fate would have it, that very unit was rented online by someone else just before I completed my application. She invited me to come back in the next day, and I had been so impressed by her, and the property, that I brought my mom and sister with me to tour another available unit. Jennifer was so lovely assisting my mobility challenged sister into the building to view the apartment. My mom, sister and I all fell in Love with this other unit the moment we walked in! Jennifer took so much time and care answering all of our questions, and I ultimately applied for it immediately! Thank you, for everything, Jennifer!! I cannot express enough how wonderful the entire experience was with you over that two-day span. I'm SO looking forward to moving in to this lovely property coming up next month!!”

“Love it, Go to Jumping Rock and the rope swing. Beautiful homes and nice scenery to look at.Take the boat or drive to Georgia Butts for some good BBQ and cold beer. The Ritz is amazing, especially at Christmas. They have a tree lighting ice skating along with great food at all the restaurants. This place is great year round”

Many units are full of cockroaches, and my apartment went without an AC filter for months, and caused me to get sick. I have asthma so this was extremely unsafe. They worked so hard to make their office, gym, and pool look nice, but do not care about their current tenants”

”Hands down the sweetest staff I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Lesha and Myia are the best! Everyone is always pleasant and willing to help! My job has relocated me back home to GA from Colorado and this crew made it seamless! Always answers the phone and responds to maintenance requests. During my walk through we noticed I did not have a washer and dryer. Myia put the request in and made sure I had one the next day before the office closed before the holidays. Very neat and clean community and the clubhouse is amazing. Family came over for the first time and felt like they were at a “resort”! I cannot wait until warmer weather to utilize the year around pool! Thank you again for making my relocation back home an enjoyable one!”

”I have been living here for nearly 11 months and I can definitely say that this has been my best experience renting thus far. This was a semi long distance move and I had a wonderful experience with the initial leasing process with Jay, he made the process a breeze and was very transparent about the leasing requirements and fees. It took less than an hour after submitting my application to get the news of my approval. I didn’t get a chance to tour the community in person prior putting my application in and my apartment was excellent upon move in. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. I love the way my floor plan(The Maryland) is structured, a thick wall(my guess is 8ft) separates you and your next door neighbor, making it optimal for quiet and privacy. Quantrice and Charlene , the leasing manager and assistant manager, are amazing, you can tell it isn’t just a job to them and that is reflected on how well and how efficiently this complex is run. Any issues are promptly taken care of, the common areas are clean, and the residents are always kept updated of any changes and events. There are regular events for the residents her such as holiday parties and season themed events. What I really admire about this community is that I’m still treated with the same level of care and consideration as a resident I was when I was prospective resident.The care and professionalism you get when initially touring here is the same when you become a resident. And lastly………. look at this balcony view!!!”

”I wish I didn’t renew my lease here and fall for the trap of renewing 3 months into my lease because they were offering “special rent discount “ . I thought I would have to settle for a home with roaches and trash and dog poop everywhere because I thought it’s cheap. Now I know you can find LIVABLE conditions elsewhere. They really need to actually show you where you will be living when they give you a tour and not just show you the pool and the leasing office, having a gated community definitely doesn’t help that you can’t even see where you live before hand. I wasn’t aware I have to climb 5 flight of stairs just to get to my room, the constant roach infestation and the lack of parking and having to park in the deck when I pay for parking in my lease is unacceptable. Please find another community to live there are decent options for decent price. The utilities are “covered” but you still have to pay a large chunk of it, plus I always have to pay extra fees whether it’s rent plus or “accidental” charges on my account. Only pros: having your own separate bathroom, having access to a gym and pool”

The current manager is lovely and was very helpful during move out. The neighbors are so friendly, I’m sad to leave them. Maintenance was always on top of my orders. I used the pool a lot and the gym had all the necessities I needed if I didn’t have time to go to my regular gym, always clean! Oh the dog park! It’s basically never busy and I used it multiple times a day, saved me from walking a ton and my dog loved it.”
