It took about an hour to be seen which I figured out was probably because the office has only a few staff. However, I expected to be in and out within an hour and the entire visit took an hour and a half. The treatment part was 30 min, including a biopsy.”

I was early for my appointment, but apparently the scheduling means nothing to them people came in after me went ahead and… I refused to wait any longer and departed. ”My dog mugen has been going here for many years. 12 years old now and we've had a great experience with the staff and he likes it much better than the last practice we took him too. Really like both of the vets there and this last time he ate a corn cob, like the bone of the corn and we took him in for an emergency visit. He was fine but the staff has taken really good care of him and he's 12 and in pretty good health still, minus sometimes stubbornly eating food adjacent items lol. I highly recommend this vet!”

”Come here if you want another urgent care that'll take 3-4 hours of your day. The receptionist with black hair is very unprofessional. My mom and I went for a walk-in. My mom signed in and took a seat while I went outside to make a call. The receptionist assumed we both left. I came back in, and we sat for an hour and a half before my mom asked the receptionist if we'd see somebody. During that whole hour and a half, the receptionist didn't stand up to check who was waiting in their lobby or who was on their sign in sheet. She didn't even apologize for skipping us. Look elsewhere if you dislike dealing with a bad front desk. NP was nice, but we won't be coming back.”
