“To say that I’m impressed with the service at the Hotel Indigo would somehow be an understatement. After a 5am flight, my husband and I arrived early and exhausted the day of our reservation. Augusta greeted us at the front desk. She was kind, generous and to my surprise, checked us in early so we could get some much needed sleep and enjoy the rest of our weekend in Athens. Augusta continued to check in via text throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, so we didn’t need anything, but having that contact really came in handy when I realized after we left that I’d left a necklace in the room. Augusta immediately responded to my text, found the necklace and mailed it to my home. She really went above and beyond to make our stay great, and I’m so thankful for it! (Please give her a raise!)”

“The construction around the hotel is very heavy but if you follow Google maps, it will lead you right to the front door. I originally booked my room online with a non refundable reservation which I quickly regretted as when I submitted my reservation it changed to a different date all together. It said I could not modify but after calling their corporate office and explaining what had happened, they quickly fixed it by correcting my date. The room was spotlessly clean, the service was great! The breakfast was good as well. Overall, definitely a great place to stay!”

“This is a very nice hotel. The moment that I walked in the front doors, I thought it was nice. It was really clean and had a great first appearance. It is beautifully decorated with nice furniture and the colours are rich. I instantly felt happy. The front desk person was pleasant and had good customer service. Parking was good and I could see my vehicle from my room. My room was nice and clean and stocked appropriately. I enjoyed my stay while I was here and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. The bartender was a pleasure and the housekeeping ladies that I spoke with were friendly as they greeted me and their customer service came with a smile.”

The building is clean and in the fall the grounds were beautiful. It's also next to pappadeauxs, which is a great restaurant if you stay there.”

”Just wanted to share my experience over the weekend at sentral. It’s been amazing and the people from the front seat to to management were very nice and friendly. Tristan was great with all accommodations through email and communicating with concierge services. The parking was easy. The rooms were nice and hallway clean. The gym was busy but it’s very nice and clean. The only tiny problem is the long walk to room from parking. So prepare to work out. Thanks Sentral for everything we loved everything and our family is happy😅💞 Oh: The food is great right outside the building there are salad options, coffee, noodles, sushi, burgers, seafood, & more waking distance so no car needed. The location is A++++++ Sentral Life Rocks”

”Good location, low quality rooms. No vent fans, stains on the comforters, the shower curtain holder was damaged so didn't like to stay closed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, nice complimentary cookies and other things. But the rooms smelled a little, and had lots of stains. They didn't seem clean. Loud, poorly insulated. I could hear my neighbors all the time. Even overheard them snoring. Requires vallay parking, which I'm not a fan of.”

”For this hotel to be located in such an upscale area it is rather filthy. The bed was not made properly which led me to believe linen had not been changed, the carpet was so nasty it left debri on the bottom of my indoor only house slippers and the coffee machine had coffee grinds and stains, the sink had a dirt ring in it and the tissue paper had not been replaced with the new roll that was available. I was told no housekeeping was on staff when I inquired why room had not been serviced for the day and I had to walk down to get clean towels. This location needs to be yellow taped off and thoroughly cleaned. I have photos and will attach them SOMEWHERE. 🤢”

”We had a tree fall through our roof several weeks ago. Our insurance company put us in this hotel until our house is fixed back to normal. The staff at this place are extremely nice. ”This was the first time we stayed at a Home2 Suites and was very pleased. The room lay-out is nice with a curtain that can be pulled to divide bed from rest of room (and lights) if one of you wants to sleep. Has full-size refrigerator and a microwave. Comfortable bed and nice countertop space and desk/chair. Outside is clean and safe and adjacent to a nice complex of office buildings to walk a dog. The breakfast was very good and staff friendly. There was a $50 pet fee but I think that is good for up to 3 nights but we only stayed one. Has many restaurants near-by as well.”

”Located within walking distance to State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The Ferris Wheel, Olympic Park, and Margaritaville are literally right out your front door. The hotel has a pool with lounge seating, an exercise room, and an Owners Lounge with an awesome view of the surrounding area. The staff at the front desk (Miss Tab) made sure we were taken care of from check-in to check-out. She was so polite and kind to us, which was appreciated after our long drives. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for everything and everyone (SEC CHAMPIONSHIP). In the owners lounge, Mr. Jeffrey served up smooth jazz, drinks, and finger foods for us to enjoy. He was so engaging with each and every one of us. His service was great. I can't leave out the Valet personnel. They handled our vehicles and luggage with care. They were also very well polite and well-mannered. Yes, I've already booked my next stay.”

”Pulling teeth to get housekeeping to come regularly. Update: Few days in a row I asked for housekeeping and they don’t show. Another update: The next day I get “scheduled” for housekeeping and confirmed with front desk in morning. Come back to room still not touched. This would not be such a big deal but I need to know when they are coming to clean and I ask for cleaning when I’m not going to be in the room. I don’t like having to ask for trash bags and having to buy them for the room. To be clear. I’m only complaining for service that’s once a week. Nothing crazy”

”This hotel was in a great location but left a lot to be desired. There was never any hot water in the morning for a shower along with the rest of the room looking a bit dated. The first night there were several cars with windows smashed out in the back of the building then lots of police activity the following night. I think I will drive a little further next time and stay somewhere else.”
