“Amazing dog park ..! With music and drinks First time visit and I was so happy ..! I don’t have dog myself but would love them and some day may be have one myself ..! I was so happy, enthusiastic and joyful for the time I Spent here honestly..ppl come here to spend some time read /work/ socialize Best thing is parking is free and entry is free if you don’t have dog .. but if you have dog you need to have certain vaccinations for them and also membership which cost $10 or you can get yearly as well ( not sure in detail about price you can check directly with them ) I will be back again for sure this is so much fun and happiness just to see dogs playing around 🥹♥️😊 They do have public lavatory as well And have beer place called bark to chill Note : outside food and drink not allowed..! 🚫”

“I took my bearded dragon in for a checkup. This was my first time here and the staff were so friendly. Dr. Hitchcock was quite happy to see her and was quite knowledgeable on the care of bearded dragons and gave her a good general health exam. He handled her with care and didn't frighten her at all. She was quite at ease and stayed perfectly calm. I will definitely return here for all of my little dragons care.”

”We are leaving this place, I should have done this awhile ago. I do not like the staff and their communication can be rude and insufficient. While Dr Taylor was great they need to hire new staff or train them better. I felt it’s all about money for them and felt rushed. You get charged for every little thing including a replacement surgery suit after neutering and boarding which wasn’t cheap you would think if my pup needed a new surgery suit less then 24 hours after picking him up they would just give me a replacement at no cost or a cone, but nope. I misinformed about the whole hospitalization boarding it was $ and they added $33 to administer medication after the neutering because i had my pup stay over two nights thinking he was in good hands, instead they didn’t explain the boarding costs or protocol hardly took him out and he got sick from their boarding over the weekend I have a very sick dog now. Again I feel they didn’t communicate and possibly didn’t want to disclose because extra money for them.”

We've use Day Play at other places, and the dogs do not seem excited to go - but at Puppy Haven they can't wait to get in the door and go play with their friends. They come home exhausted! The staff provides a very personal touch, they know us and our dogs and we feel very good about their care when they are boarded for our longer trips. ”I boarded my puppy here from 9/27 - 9/30. When I made my reservation I requested he his play time to be alone no groups. I did this to ensure no incidents with other dogs. So to my surprise when I received a report that he was "Party Animal/Mr. Popular" with pictures of him with other dogs. This was a bit surprising since I paid extra to ensure no group playtime. So when I arrive to pick him up I addressed the issue and they removed it from my bill. And he seemed okay at that time. But when they were releasing him to me one Saddie noticed what she assumed was dry food under his chin. 1st I want to say that Saddie was very nice and professional she was the 1 good thing about this place. So Saddie took him to the back to clean him up. Now I thought it was odd that he would have food dried up in his coat/fur because I provided his food and his food is dry. But just figured maybe he got into something so I didn't make a fuss. So I took Kobe/my puppy home. He seemed a bit lethargic but thought it was due to not seeing me for a few days. We get home and he goes straight to bed which was also odd. The next day he's still a bit lethargic and he smells so I give him a bath that evening. This is when everything hits the fan. I noticed he had something dried up under his chin in his coat/fur so when I bath him I put a nice amount of soap there to clean it. My puppy immediately started crying. So I rinse the soap out rinse him really well to take a look and it appears my puppy has bite marks around his neck. So you can imagine I am FURRIOUS. This is Sunday evening so I return to Pet Paradise 1st thing Monday morning. Saddie was there and I spoke to her as well as she viewed my puppy. She went to get the manager I can't remember her name but she continued to imply IF something happened to Kobe. IF he was bitten she was not showing much empathy for how upset I was and stated she needed to watch the video for his whole time there. Well she followed up with me same day via a voicemail message to say my puppy was not bitten by another do that he did it to himself. Which I thought was not true, I requested to see the videos. Never received a response to my request. I take him to our vet and was informed he was not bitten which was GREAT. But again if he had not been with other dogs I would not have thought this. The vet said my puppy had "HOT SPOTS" and this happened from being wet. Interesting because I was informed while at Pet Paradise that he had been swimming. Because they did not dry him off after swimming the moisture set in his coat and he developed hot spots causing him to scratch. So this was due to their NEGLIGENCE. The picture only shows 1 side but there are multiple spots around his neck. Needless to say I will never take him here ever again. THANKS FOR THE VET BILL DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE PET PARADISE!! **Excess moisture within the dog's coat caused by bathing or swimming can also lead to hot spots** .”

”Most pet owners love their pets as if they are children. My experience with PetSuites was excellent. I dropped by to view the faculty prior to choosing where my babies when staying for a week. I was greeted with smiles and kindness by every single person that worked there. There was zero doubt the staff was attentive to all pets staying in their care. All the pets I observed was happy and healthy. The suites was clean and for a boarding home, I was pleased that every litter box was clean and smelled clean. Toys, fresh water and happy animals. I was able to have two suites next to each other for my babies to run back and forth. The staff sent me paw updates and pictures. The experience was 5 stars from the beginning I walked in, dropped off my babies and pick up was perfect. I'm very thankful for the experience and the care they gave my pets and myself.”

”Pet Paradise used to be called the Bark Station. There was plenty of room for large dogs and also small dogs then. However over the last 5 years it has almost quickly outgrown itself by doubling up the cages within the play areas. The people there are very nice and always call if there is a problem. This year when we went on vacation a week ago, at the end of my doggy stay. The total price had risen up to $450.00 for one week which was almost double since last year. I queried this with the staff and was told due to inflation their costs had gone up. This price did include one daily dog ice cream, bath at nails clipped at the end of his stay as well as boarding. Maybe next year we will consider boarding my dog at an alternative venue.”
