“Always a great experience here. This is my favorite Publix to go to. Even though it’s not as fancy as some newer ones, I prefer it here. I love that I can pick out my steaks at the meat counter, and have them cut me something on the spot if I don’t see what I’m looking for! Great customer service all around. Edit: 11/14/23 The meat counter has been removed as part of the new remodel. Still able to get them to cut whatever you want if you can’t find it on the shelf.”

”Is there a negative zero review option. I’m back! It’s November 24th … Black Friday. You all knew this was coming. I got pushed, shoved, elbowed during restock. Not to mention the ONE worth it product I got wasn’t behind the cashier. James brought out one beats headphone and asked if I wanted it, because the other had gotten lost. Um no. Good customer service would have been to let me have one of the headsets out of the case. I mean seriously. I was planning on buying some furniture today too, but I am not coming back. I mean terrible customer service and for me to be a loyal customer this is outrageous. Will not be recommending this facility. Previous review: I originally did a review and loved daily dealz for the simple fact you can get great deals. That part is true. I have come here for over a year now on various days. However, I’ve also been observant. There are about 10 regulars at this location that save seats ahead of time EVERY single Friday and hoard items to resell for their own profit. (See the photo attached at the break of dawn!!) They stack up their 4 or 5 buggy’s in the back and continue to hoard throughout the morning. Speaking for myself I shop here for me. If I see something I like it’s because I genuinely need it. It’s really pointless in going at this point unless you plan on getting what “ the hoarder squad” doesn’t want! How can this be resolved… management needs to do better at managing overnight stay for one which is a liability and two if adults aren’t seated in their seats then they shouldn’t be saved. I will be sharing with others. BEWARE of this Shurling Drive location! Do better and you just might gain your customers back.”

”The groomers were very adamant about shaving my boy after I rescued him(he is only 6 months). I only booked a bath, brush and hygiene appt. This was extremely tough on me whereas I felt like it was such a big change for him so soon. He is a doodle; his curls and coat are part of him and all he knew. I wanted the chance to correct the coat myself by maintenance at home before fully shaving. I had JUST gotten him two days before. The tech was not the most personable or understanding of my hesitation and only offered to either cancel the entire appointment or shave him due to their higher knowledge. I felt pretty backed into a corner. HOWEVER, today I am very thankful for the tough decision they forced me to make. They eventually educated us on why this was necessary. While they were not very consoling, Ollie is the happiest I have seen him. His coat is thriving and this reset was necessary. I am thankful for them. I do wish they could be more empathetic to a new dog mom. I am learning as well. Will likely return and big thanks to them for doing a great styling job with the shave.”

”This use to be one of my favorite store , but I now it’s like a war zone. I was in there twice for different reasons I notice two employees goes to back and she never came back up to after a while, you can obviously she has to be pregnant but what concerns she was looking down. Like if something was wrong I overheard her other employees asking if she was okay as the must knew something. Then yesterday as I was standing in the line it was another costumer baffling with her kids and the line I was standing in was giving the same lady which I confirmed she is pregnant by looking at her belly . But that’s neither here or there the consumer was so rude after the cashier asked her if she could just out the line until she has made her final decision. The consumer has got angry cursed at this lady, but she remained calm , an still remained to do her job as calm as possible.”

It is ridiculous to have a return policy like this. They lure you into buying online through their social media ads and then you're stuck with merchandise you don't want. BEWARE!
