“pretty good! the waiter who first came to our table and explained the meal was excellent and for the most part they were all very attentive. one staff member kept getting their phone out and it was kind of distracting in the dim area of the restaurant where we sat and where they were standing. timing of the dishes was a little erratic. at the end, i was still chewing my tenderloin when the server took the dish away and placed the design front of me. i thought that was pretty weird. overall cool experience.”

“My friends and I just enjoyed a great dinner at Falling Rabbit. We sat on the patio and had exceptional service from Zack who was friendly and personable. We had a variety of dishes across the menu including steak tartar, frites, steak, and salmon ravioli. The presentation of the dishes was lovely and each was well prepared. Beyond the food, the drinks were amazing. From the “bartender’s choice” shots to the “pretty hurts” cocktails, the amazing taste of the cocktails on the menu makes you almost think that you are having a “mocktail.”. Overall, we truly enjoyed our ladies night dinner and can’t wait to return.”

The fried pork chops, both sizable and tasty, paired excellently with the fresh collard greens and black-eyed peas. The attentive service added to the positive experience, and we left with enough for dinner tonight. ”A very friendly place here in old town Savannah. Just a couple block off the river… Smiles and quick service today! Plenty of parking and easy access. Food was very well prepared and presented. We both wanted stew so we had crab and Brunswick. Both were great! For our entree we ordered a stuffed flounder and the redfish w/grits. Both entrees were good. The redfish was seasoned well and light. The stuffed flounder spoke of red pepper and the crab cake was definitely forward as well. The flounder was a little lost in the dish, but the texture was great. Sauce was well seasoned. Sides were the Brussels sprouts and collards. They both were of a different flavor profile and offered a sweetness and texture which paired well. We were stuffed… no desserts for us! Staff seemed happy to be here and were attentive without bothering our experience.”

It's like they've been using the same mop head since they've opened. Had it not been for meeting a colleague, I would have walked out the door. The food was also not impressive, I had the fish tacos. It was like everything was just slopped on the plate. Way to much guacamole and sauce. You couldn't taste the fish at all. One bright note, our server was awesome, I hope she finds a job at a restaurant equal to her abilities.”

”Friends recommended us. Food was good & we enjoyed our birthday dinner. Until the bill the experience it was good except that the US uses magnetic stripe so our international credit cards were rejected. When we could not pay it all turned really sour. My wife went to a gas station to get cash while I stayed to sort things out. After I realized that I had my credit card authenticated for local use and the bill was paid. I then went to get my wife and when I returned to settle things I was abused and refused service by the owner. The staff thinking that I had not tipped them verbally abused me and so did the owner who did not take a moment to understand the real situation. Honestly that kind of prejudice is unacceptable and threatening to call the police, which he did in front of me, as he had “friends” on the police force typifies what is wrong with these type of restaurants. Many of my friends who live in Atlanta were horrified by this experience and agree that we need to rethink owners who really are abusive and perhaps too connected to the police .”

”This was the first time we've been to Bell's and we're definitely going back. We there about lunch time and in spite of being packed, the service was excellent and the food came out quickly. I had the BBQ Chicken Tenders, Butter Peas, and Potato Salad, and the missus had Cheesesteak sandwich with fries. Both were great, and left us enough to take home for dinner. Definitely a value for your money, both in not being very expensive, and getting plenty of food for your dollar.”
