“I'm so conflicted writing a review. The food is fantastic (fish tacos, taco salad, and chicken strips are great!) but the place is an absolute dive. It's dirty, lights are burnt out inside, visible dirt caked on the floor (I can't imagine what the kitchens look like), and the outside patio is bowing in the center to the point you actually feel uncomfortable sitting there. Large, fresh cracks can be noticed in some of the support beams holding up the patio. The stairs and walkways are uneven.”

“This place was great! We stopped in for lunch a dessert and we loved it! The servers were very prompt and professional and the food was great! Definitely try dessert too! The braided pretzel was a great addition to the meal as well! The cheese had good spice but not overpowering. If you’re downtown stop in. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Ordered the Cheese Steak with frys and it was fantastic. My only dislike was how thick the bread was. Onion rings could have been crisper but the sauce was great! Cold beer and great staff! **edit** I ordered the onion rings a second time and my God...fantastic. Much crisper and the sauce was great. Also- I ordered the nachos and its stupid how fantastic they were. I've never had nachos this fantastic!”

”Food is served here but we didn't order. I've heard it's really good from a very reliable source so i gave it 5 stars. The burger is famous from what I'm told. It was recommended to return mid-day for a burger and beverage when it's not so crowded. We were there around 830 pm. It was a huge crowd of 20 somethings and it was a really nice crowd. People were enjoying themselves but were polite. The bar is in the middle with tables around and seating around the bar itself. Grill and bathrooms in the rear. There is a small patio in the front. My reliable source tells me that an older crowd comes earlier. We enjoyed the younger people, though. Note we are old enough to be their parents (we don't look it though ha ha). Service was soooo good despite the crowd- very impressive. Bar is located in a very old area and is surrounded by a multitude of places to go. You may want to Uber down and walk around while you're there.”

”Love to come to the Thursdays kids night. But was disappointed how they say it’s a buffet and when we got there wasn’t. They really need to stick to one or the other. Wouldn’t have gone last time if they decided last minute not to do a buffet. Especially with picky kids the variety of food is perfect. And me as an adult I feel like the actually dinner you don’t get much.. just more fries/potatoes then the actual food. I was starving and had to order 2 meals.”

”My sister and I had such a lovely time sipping classically crafted cocktails, indulging in their wine list (some crispy, dry Michigan whites or the reds from Detroit Vineyards would be GREAT to see on the wine list though!! LOVED the glassware!), snacking, lingering in the dimly lit, intimate bar area, tower, and amazing rooftop verandas and we finished our visit off with an espresso. I loved the vibe, our server was so lovely, and we made some memories for sure. I can't wait to swing back in for a couple solo mid week cocktails and to bring out of town visitors to wow them with the views and show off the city from the top. Really awesome spot!!”

”Fun, Local, Brewery in the heart of DeWitt, MI - just northwest of Lansing. This Brewery has an assortment of their own brews, from IPA's to stouts, as well as sours. Seltzer, and wines. A good mix to suit pretty much all tastes. The Brewery is built in an old church, and the stained-glass windows are still in place. There is a bar, as well as tables and three screens to watch the games going on. The menu features many of the items you'd expect to find for a sports bar: sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and chicken wings, among others. Vegetarian options are also available. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with a good sense of humor to help make the experience fun Indoor seating is not very accessible for the mobility-challenged - a short flight of stairs is required to ascend to get there. Outdoor seating is available, and I did notice heat lamps present for cooler temperatures. Street-level parking is the norm, and fortunately, this is available for free. Menu items are large enough to share, and the food was pretty tasty. Prices are competitive with other sports bars.”

”Last night was my first time there. We sat on the deck even though it was a chilly evening, they had the heaters on so it was ok. It took a little while for a waitress to get our drink orders but she explained that it was only two of them at the time..she took our food order as well. The drinks came quickly and they were really good, the food came out after about 15 minutes and it was still warm! Everything we ate was well seasoned and cooked properly. Overall the entire experience was a good one, the waitress took her time and explained drink selections, I really enjoyed her conversation. The atmosphere was perfect for us because we don’t like shoulder to shoulder type of places. The music was a nice vibe as well! I’ll definitely be returning!”

”Really disappointing. It’s been several years since I’ve been here but wow! This place has really gone downhill. Excited for the Bluegill plate but unfortunately, the fried fish had a metallic taste, it seemed unfresh and just not very good. Flatbread was on thick bready crust that was dry, bland and fairly tasteless. Reminded us more like chewing on thick cardboard really. Goulash was basically elbow macaroni and spaghetti sauce. It looked unappetizing as you can get. Cmon, can’t you do better than that? Shrimp bangers appetizer was actually good. Portion was a bit small but it was hot, tasty and fresh. Garlic Parmesan appetizer was basically just deep fried pizza dough. Flavorless and missing any kind of substance. Dipping it in pizza sauce helped but the sauce wasn’t very flavorful either! Beers were cold. Staff were friendly and helpful.”
