“Extremely unhappy with Sparta Chevy. I bought a brand new blazer in 2021 and it’s had more issues than I’ve ever had with a used car. Recently I took it in for the dash going completely black and all the dash lights coming on while driving. They tried telling me I probably bumped the light dimmer all the way down like I was stupid. It wasn’t touched at all and nobody wanted to take it for a drive to see first hand what was going on. After they scanned the engine it had codes pop up and the guy said it looks like it needs a new cluster oh wow really thought I was stupid for turning the dash lights off. BUT they won’t replace it until I get a video since nobody would ride with me to see it happen. I’m almost out of warranty seems like they just don’t want to fix it and hope I go past the warranty before I can get a video. Very very unhappy with their customer service and all these ongoing issues and mostly for them thinking I don’t have a clue what I’m talking about since I’m a younger woman.”

While I was nervous buying a rebuilt car, this thing seams to drive like brand new. While it's not perfect, it's definitely a nice car. I've never been to a dealership where buying a car was so smooth. Most dealerships are pushy. The guys here? Not at all. They let you calmly look at a car and make your own decisions while also listening to your concerns. Now the only downside to finding my toy earlier than expected is that it is now put away after a few hundred miles of driving until Spring. And I'm craving this thing like crazy. Thank you guys for the car! It has been surreal and the car will be on my YouTube channel and I have zero plans to let this car go.”

Go into break room it’s very big you can see your car while they work on it. There’s amenities too magazines and candy and they had Dairy Queen too for the customers. This probably is the best hospitality I’ve had. If you ever come here ask for Tina she’s cool.”

”As a woman and experienced new car buyer (every 3 years) dealing with the salesman and manager was not pleasant…it was the typical painful game of haggling/lying/bait switch/etc. most dealers play. I went in with my mother to buy her a new Envision…We were told several times “that is our best price”…so I had to play the game with them for a couple weeks…waste of time. Plus, they tried to undercut the value of our trade in by half…despite me doing the research online…then after we see them selling it online for twice what they said “we could only sell it for this much”…LIES! We finally got to the price I wanted…after I did all the work for rebates, discounts, etc. (after pushing the staff) Then the final straw was us going in to pick up the car, still excited, but the car was not prepped…just lightly washed. It still had dirt in every seam from the carrier trip, grim all over the glass roof, residue from adhesive, and plastic film on gauges/lights. We complained and got nothing. Really disappointing experience…would not recommend. No follow-up on our experience…nothing from dealer or Buick. Only positive was person in finance was very pleasant and got us out quickly. I guess paying in cash helps…haha But…then we never received our title in the mail. When I called to have them help and order a new one they just gave us a phone number to call SOS on our own…UGH! (Remember we are paying for this)”

”I bought a truck on July 28th of 2023. It had paint chips and they offered to fix it. Had to take the truck back after I got it because of how awful the paint job was. I got it back and definitely still not perfect. I also had them replaced the battery on it because I was having starting issues. Keep in mind this is the first week of me owning it. I thought maybe this might just be bad luck. Sure wasn’t! After owning the truck through the first big rain storm I had leak issues! I fixed it not happy about it. Over time I have now fixed the coolant sensor and the fuel pump. So I definitely don’t recommend buying a vehicle unless you want to pay over price for something you want to dump more money into.”
