The whole experience was a pleasure; with flexible scheduling, regular updates and great interaction with the team on front desk. At the time of our visit, I also saw great engagement with an elderly customer, helping to talk through the service on his vehicle. We received clear guidance, with options to suit our budget (for replacement tyres). In addition we needed support with a warning light on the dashboard. This was promptly investigated and resolved. “Cameron at Jax Tyres, Castle Hill, answered my call and made an appointment for within two hours he was very polite. When I got to Jax in Castle Hill I was well looked after and told what to expect. Cameron fixed my tyre which needed to be plugged as there was a nail in it. Cameron showed me where my tyres were worn and the tread was coming away. There was no pressure to buy there and then but I have been driving for many years and know when tyres need to be replaced. I ordered my tyres 2 days earlier and although I talked to different people each ime, they all found me on their system within seconds and kept me up to date. The premises are clean and spacious, and the prices for Pirelli runflat tyres were the lowest I could find online. The only issue for me was that fitting and wheel alignment took over 90 minutes.”
