“Absolutely fabulous spot! Beautiful beach & walking tracks with lots of friendly kangaroos and excellent camping area and great clean toilet & shower facilities. Our family was only visiting for a day trip, but would happily stay here one day with our van. Rates are great too.”

Holiday Haven Lake Conjola

Open until 10:00 AM

1A Lake Conjola Entrance Rd, Lake Conjola NSW 2539, Australia

“My Family, extended family and close friends come here every year and is an absolute favourite of ours!! The park has an incredible location right on the waters edge and a short walk to the beach. The park also has some fantastic facilities for the kids that have been newly renovated. This includes a heated pool, splash pad, jumping pillow and small playground area. We have an incredible time here every year!! The kids particularly love jumping off the wharf and riding their bikes around as well has the friendly wildlife! The BBQ area is also a great hangout spot that we enjoy with tables and BBQS right on the waters edge. The public spaces get cleaned and serviced every day including the toilet blocks. Love this place and the free spirited nature!!”

“We had a lovely family meal in the bistro. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was great and not overpriced and the room was nice and cool on a very hot day. Will definitely visit again.”

The Sebel Kiama
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Open until 11:00 AM

2 Minnamurra St, Kiama NSW 2533, Australia

“A relaxing week away but with plenty of walks as well. Sebel Kiama is well located beachfront and only an hour and a half from Sydeny. All staff are cheerful, positive and clearly well trained - staff attitudes tell us a lot about the internal culture of the place and all staff made strong efforts to make us feel comfortable - pat on the back of the Training manager. Challenges: 1. The fridge is very noisy and woke us up continually during the night. I ended up turning it off before retiring. 2. The bathroom has no exhaust fan - this HAS to be fixed before we come again. 3. The bathroom has no shelving or cupboards to hold a lady's makeup etc - very inconvenient and an inexpensive fix would include a small portable cabinet with shelving (there's plenty of room for it) or some additional shelving fixed to the wall. 4. A very inexpensive fix for this one: the shower needs to be on a hose - replace the large rose head at the wall with a screw-on hose and hose holder giving those who like to stand under a rose that option, but giving the hose likers their comfort too. 5. Another inexpensive fix would be a red-end-of the-spectrum nightlight in the bathroom. 6. A very expensive but so worthwhile fix would be to install double sinks - these rooms redesigned for two people but the bathroom doesn't reflect that.”

Cnr Broke And, McDonalds Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320, Australia

“Family stay to visit the Hunter Valley Christmas Lights, which was a quick walk from the hotel. Excellent staff on arrival to greet and provide overview of the hotel and surrounding locations. Room was great, it backed out onto the pool area which the kids loved along with the games room. Overall, really enjoyable stay and would book this hotel again in the future.”

Hill End Lodge
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 AM

3538 Hill End Rd, Hill End NSW 2850, Australia

“We booked a last minute getaway at Hill End and stumbled across Hill End Lodge when looking for dog friendly accommodation. Check in was very smooth and easy and the room was very good for the price we paid. Beds were super comfortable and everything you could need for a nights stop. The lodge is super peaceful and close enough to walk down to Hill End Village. The village itself is a hidden gem of history that I'm surprised more people don't know about.”

“We stayed here for the reminder of our month trip and loved it. Was very quiet. 400m walk to beach with concrete path out front, dog friendly, fire pits allowed. Some of the park amongst nature. Has old style amenities in the bushy camp …”
