At the time of our visit, I also saw great engagement with an elderly customer, helping to talk through the service on his vehicle. We received clear guidance, with options to suit our budget (for replacement tyres). In addition we needed support with a warning light on the dashboard. This was promptly investigated and resolved. Cameron fixed my tyre which needed to be plugged as there was a nail in it. Cameron showed me where my tyres were worn and the tread was coming away. There was no pressure to buy there and then but I have been driving for many years and know when tyres need to be replaced.
