2188 Broke Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320, Australia

“This may be the best food I’ve ever eaten. Every dish was like art. It was the most expensive meal I’ve had but totally worth the splurge. Our server created a wonderful experience in every way. Her suggestions in wine were fabulous. We met the Chef, the Pastry Chef and Harry the manager was so engaging. Delicious & very memorable night. Definitely go here if you want an extraordinary incredible experience.”

Open until 03:00 PM

119 McDonalds Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320, Australia

“We have been there three times, all for lunch. I give 5 star to the vibe and the atmosphere, 4 star to the service and 4 stars to the food. I have tasted 3 different pizzas, pasta, and some of the sides and wont give 5 star for sure. Unfortunately, their pizza was not what I would love. If you are going to dine for the first time, most of the dishes are big enough for 2 to share. Do not forget to try wood toasted cauliflower. PS: Better to book in advance to make sure you will be served.”

Kadmus

105 Thompson St, Drummoyne NSW 2047, Australia

“Stunning meal and excellent service. The wines were paired well too! We loved the hummus and babaganoush. Everything on the entree platter was excellent, but the really stand out to me was the cauliflower. All the skewers were really good and we would definitely come back, generous portions and great service.”

“Love this place. Always busy, especially at night. Such a great variety of different food. It gives out such a great vibe, neon lights, restaurants, and food trucks. It almost feels like you're in another part of the world.”

The Pizza & Pasta Kitchen
4.4
( 8 reviews ) $$

Shop 4/4 Claudia Rd, Toongabbie NSW 2146, Australia

“I'd heard that there was a place that caters for vegans so we headed out on Saturday for brunch and we couldn't be happier. We were treated by smiling, friendly staff. The menu had a great range of vegan choices and all 4 of us really enjoyed our meals. We're looking forward to returning to try more of the vegan choices.”

Govindas
4.5
( 16 reviews )

112 Darlinghurst Rd, Darlinghurst NSW 2010, Australia

“Very casual with a good atmosphere. A vegetarian heaven. The food is homely and very tasty. Buffet style. Parking can be quite difficult. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are two (2) flights of stairs which are quite challenging. Worth a visit.”

Harbord Hotel
4.4
( 16 reviews ) $$

29 Moore Rd, Freshwater NSW 2096, Australia

“Great pub, food is pretty good, atmosphere is great but found it funny how no staff knew what Tia Marie was. Told them you can have with milk which I think stunned them more. So I said just have a Baileys instead and they said with milk. We got there in the end sort of.😀”

Rolling Penny Cafe
4.7
( 8 reviews ) $$

583A King St, Newtown NSW 2042, Australia

“Fresh off a 15 hour flight from San Francisco, a local friend brought me here for a little Sunday brunch. I can’t imagine a better introduction to what Sydney has to offer for food! A perfect cappuccino and the best poached egg and sausage I can remember having! The staff are friendly, super chill to chat with. Just great!”

Shalom Indonesian Restaurant
4.3
( 8 reviews ) $$

shop 3-4/299 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“We had Soto Betawi with rice and sambal, Nasi Goreng Iga, an Indonesian fried rice dish prepared in the Javanese style with beef ribs and prawn crackers and Es Teler - combination fruit shaved ice for dessert. The food was flavorful, but the little space felt too packed. Sambal was too spicy. The price is affordable. Excellent location close to Town Hall. I will most definitely return to try more dishes.”

Balcon By Tapavino
4.4
( 8 reviews ) $$

17 Bligh St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“Last Saturday, my friends, my partner, and I enjoyed a delightful dinner at Balcon by Tapavino. It was our first time, and we opted for their set menu at $75/pp. The Croqueta and Charcoal Grilled Chicken were group favourites, but the standout was the dessert, "Balcon Mess," which we all loved. However, we found the portion a bit too small to share comfortably among four people, especially for a set menu where we anticipated individual servings for the dessert. Although we didn't catch the name of our main server, he was outstanding – friendly, adept at his job, and easy to talk to with a welcoming attitude. The romantic atmosphere, accentuated by fairy lights, added to the night's charm. Our seating in The Boardroom dining area provided a cozy setting.”

Sergeant Lok
4.8
( 16 reviews )

127 George St, The Rocks NSW 2000, Australia

“I didn't eat here, so I can't rate the food. I'm sure it's great because they have a good review rating overall. Maybe we went on a bad day & someone called in sick, but the service was very slow. The staff were polite & lovely, but it took around 30 minutes for drinks to arrive after ordering, even when there were only 6 or so other people in the venue, & even when we didn't order cocktails. Gotta hand it to them for their Margaritas. They were delicious! They almost made up for the slow service.”

Popolo Gelateria
4.6
( 8 reviews )

172 King St, Newcastle NSW 2300, Australia

“Had the rock melon and pistachio on a very hot afternoon - felt so good! Melon was fragrant, slightly on the sweeter side. Pistachio was delicious and I’d order that again when in Newcastle 😊 …”

Fish At The Rocks
4.5
( 16 reviews ) $$

29 Kent St, Millers Point NSW 2000, Australia

“Highly recommend the seafood salad. The seafood was fresh, succulent and have a natural sweetness to it. The barramundi was nicely cooked, coconut curry sauce goes really nice with it. It's light and not overpowering. The profiteroles was underwhelming in comparison to the main dishes. They were small in size, vanilla ice cream had a nice flavour though. We also ordered oysters, finished them too quickly and forgot photos. They were super fresh but tiny to my disappointment! The taste is slightly savoury. The wine recommendation from server was wonderful.”

Jervis Bay Brewing Co
4.8
( 8 reviews )

3 Duranbah Dr, Huskisson NSW 2540, Australia

“Great vibe and music. Decent tasting paddle. Not my kind of beers, but a good experience overall. 3 little pig food truck, not such an exciting menu, but the cheeseburger 🍔 was good with lots of lettuce and lots of sauce. Meat patty is a bit small but it is real beef, very tasty meat. Will have again. The fries I'd skip. Overall a good place to go for some real chill-out time. Small playground for kids. Dogs allowed. Pay them a visit.”

Spice World
4.4
( 8 reviews )

405/411 Sussex St, Haymarket NSW 2000, Australia

“I recently enjoyed a spicy hotpot meal at Spice World in Haymarket We ordered the pork tripe broth with mild spice level, though it still burned my tongue a bit - totally worth it for the incredible flavours! The highlight was the dressed Barbie doll that slowly melted into the broth. So cute and creative! Despite the 38 degree weather, we loved the experience We ordered: ~ M7 Striploin Dressed Barbie (Upgraded) ~ Mini Seafood Platter ~ Hand Shaved Noodles ~ Fresh Tofu ~ Wild Black Fungus ~ Beef Tendon Ball ~ Water Spinach ~ rockmelon as dessert It is now one of my favourite hotpot restaurants. The service is excellent and they offer a unique, interactive dining experience. I'd highly recommend it for a fun meal with friends in Sydney's Chinatown. Don't miss out on stripping Barbie and watching the bear dissolve into your hotpot - it's an Instagram-worthy moment!”

22 Marine Parade, Kingscliff NSW 2487, Australia

“We had dinner with family at 5.30 pm sitting. The restaurant is nice and feels homely we sat inside up on the raised level. The staff were all friendly our location proved a bit tricky to get waitresses attention to order more drinks but the owners were lovely people. The food was nice average size portions we had the whipped fetta dip, octopus tentacle grilled, lamb shoulder, grilled fish with Greek slaw, spanakopita (was a bit salty for our taste). Overall we enjoyed our night out and would recommend the Taverna .”
