Luckily for me I was able to locate all the pieces and put it back together. My suggestion to the company is to have better quality control before the watch is shipped.”

The second time my machine beeped red, she saw it and made sure she went to every other person with a red machine (even those who went red after mine) So sorry to be an inconvenience to you and so sorry your machine didn't recognise my items. I was there for 15 minutes waiting with my kids because your machine kept playing up and you thought it fun to make me wait. I was polite despite your rudeness. Customers are forced to do self checkout and then treated like criminals for the privilege of doing so. Absolutely crazy.”

As for the employees, they are helpful when we need to ask them, and ask the smile always does not leave their faces. As for the prices, their prices are very, very reasonable. “The frames do not hold up. I ordered a pair of progressive lenses to go with my new white Dresden frames. After a 3 week wait for international shipping, the frames lasted a week. Started to get cracks on opposite sides of the lenses. Sent in a few photos to show the product defect. They sent me a replacement frame, no arms; which is very reasonable. The replacement frames broke within 10 minutes. The concept is great, the frames look great, unfortunately the quality of the frames is not there. They do not hold up. I do not recommend Dresden frames.”

I was charged over $18 postage to return the original mask and then pay postage for a replacement mask. The overall customer experience was poor and the engagement continued for over a month. Definitely not a good consumer experience.”

“We have had a horrible experience with this company. We spent almost $5,000 in their store and we have had so many issues. The table we bought came with stains, the wrong screws and a chip in one of the legs. We have had countless of delays on orders. We have had to move plans, stay home for hours and waste A LOT of time over the phone. We placed an order in October for a delivery at the end of November. This delivery has been delayed 4 times!!!!! We have just been told we won't received them until 11/01 so almost 7 weeks delay vs the promised date. We have now had to source new chairs in the meantime to accommodate our guests through the festive season. The worse part is that after calling to seek some sort of compensation their suggested amend was to provide a gift voucher of $100. This might look generous but it implies us having to spend MORE money - the cheapest product is $200 + delivery so $250. So not only we don't get an actual discount but in fact we are asked to spend more money with them! OUTRAGEOUS!! Worse customer experience ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!”
