We could leave our luggage during the day, there was an ironing board and iron available, free of charge, and there was free coffee and water in the lobby. The location was very nice, good restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were a bit small but nonetheless nicely decorated. Would recommend!”

We took both our parents to celebrate combined Father’s Day celebrations for 3 fathers including my husband, and we were so delighted to be at the Bundanoon Guesthouse. Everyone enjoyed their warm & comfortable beds and the guest lounge areas were so beautiful to sit and relax and chat. We loved Lucy’s chutneys, jams, lovely scones and cookies and all the yummy treats she provided for our short stay! we would love to come back and try all the other treats! Breakfast was so delicious and yummy start to our days. Thank you for your kind hospitality and we would love to come back again. Bowral tulip festival was an unexpected bonus to our gorgeous weekend and it was perfect end to our stay.”

“This property doesn't send any reminders and doesn't check in when the guests are arriving for their stay. If you accidentally book wrong date, they won't negotiate for a different date. They will take your money- full amount without you staying in the property. Very rude, mean staff, no opportunity to negotiate or explain. What will they loose for letting the guests (who have paid for wrong date) stay there rather than keeping their rooms empty. Wonder if it makes them happy ripping people off without service?”

“Very comfortable bed, it was 5 star. We intended to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Opening hrs were on the door. When we got there, it was closed and should have been open as per the posted hours. There was no reason posted. no one in reception, so we went elsewhere. We were in room 10. The shower leaked a lot under the door, and the spout over the vanity was ready to fall off it was so loose. Otherwise, the room was very good. I would stay there again.”

“A park from the old days. This park would have been full of holiday makers at one time. Now it has mostly permanent residents and large van homes. There are lots of toilets and showers a basic pool and BBQ/ perhaps camp kitchen and hardly any people. The remaining row of sites are generous in size backing onto the Tweed River. They are strict no pets, no camp fires. It is a short bike ride to beaches and the light house.”
