“Extremely rude and unprofessional staff specifically the manager Emma is extremely rude, unprofessional and very bad customer service, crazy women, So I bought a dji mini drone for $700 and took it home and it was not getting connected to my phone. I went back and explained but Emma kept saying very rudely, my husband has the same one he doesn't have any issues, my son also has the same one but no issues and I have sold so many and never any issues. She kept arguing that there is nothing wrong with DJI. We argue for an hour and even her staff member spends half an hour trying to connect to my phone and ends up saying my phone is faulty. Anyways I called the DJI customer service from the store and DJI ended up telling me that they are aware of this issue and they will be sending an email to the JB hi-fi to give you a refund straight away. Even after this she was more rude and doesn't want to apologise. I really hope JB hi-fi sends her for some customer service training and I am still shocked at how dare she treat me like this.”

They were sending my items in two different lots and that wasn't obvious to me so I was unnecessarily concerned some items had been forgotten.”

“I was shopping at Woolworths Balgowlah today and I will not shop at any Woolworth again. The reason for this is rude staff. I was at the self checkout with my daughter and I made a genuine mistake. I don't normally buy kiwi fruit but I needed it for a particular recipe. I put them through as green kiwi fruit but apparently they were gold. The woman who regularly oversees the self checkout section (locals know who) came pushing in front of me and instead of correcting me she grabbed the fruit out of the bag. She announced condescendingly the price prior to snickering with another customer. She is rude and aggressive persistently. I have seen her being rude to customers many time before. I was so embarrassed because it was a genuine mistake. I spend about $500.00 a week at Woolworths but no more.”
