Me and my sister decided to go together after not cutting out hair for a couple years and we were not disappointed! Alexis was the best! I was hesitant at first because she is just about to be a level 1 is what I was told when booking but we took a chance and I’m so thrilled we did!!! Love it and loved her!! “I don’t normally post one star reviews, however, before getting my nails done I heard a man who was working behind the counter gossiping with a teenager about a woman who was waiting to get her nails done. Very disappointing and disrespectful. I needed to get my nails done for an event the next day so I didn’t say anything but that set a precedent for how I felt about this establishment due to the inappropriate nature of his behavior. My fiancé got the Nirvana message. He enjoyed the message but the girl who did his pedicure cut his toenails extremely short and he bleed on a few of his toes. We decided to be gracious and give a 20% tip regardless of both of our disappointments, which was roughly $130. Not bad since you will spend that easily on a decent meal or twice that on a full body message. The owner was extremely nice and my nails looked amazing, but between his painful experience with the toenails and my discomfort after hearing rude remarks in relation to clients prior to my appointment, we will not be returning.”

“Ana is the best nail tech I've ever had. I have really fragile, brittle nails due to a skin condition, and she listened to my concerns and did her best to help figure out what treatment would be best to help my natural nails heal and grow. We went with gel x and they last me 4 weeks easily and my natural nails have grown and are in much better shape than they've been in years. Not to mention she does a great job at designs and just provides great service in general.”

“Called before I came and was told it was the perfect time to come get my pedicure done because it slowed down....arrived around 2:45 pm...I was seated and toes in the spa picked my colors and advised as to what I wanted done....I waited and waited and waited and waited....it's been a long time still waiting for a tech to start on my feet that didn't happen....than I see another customer cone in way after I did and immediately she was getting her Pedi and Mani done I was like wow!!! Really!! The bad part about it I was going to spend $90 at this hick place...Lived in Atlanta for over 30 years and you get better treatment and cheaper prices for way better services!!! I wouldn't waste my time or money at this place!!!! They OVERBOOKED with not enough employees working which is being greedy!!! If I had been another race I would've gotten better services I did witness this as well while I was there! Be careful of who you give your money to or business you support!!”
