“Stellar cookies, by far some of my favorites! The weekly menu rotation works well since they have so many different flavors. I have the app to keep up with what's new. The owners are local and are nice people. The team greets you when you walk in and there is almost no wait at all. They make a great treat to share and would be a huge hit when catered. The cookies are at a premium price but after you have a couple you will understand why.”

“Got to brunch on their patio around 11:30 on Sunday, and our party of 4 were seated right away. The weather was perfect so we chose patio seating. There was live music, perfect for the atmosphere imo. Two adults got cocktails which they liked and I got a Ferus Ursa, a local favorite of mine. The food came out hot and quickly, and we all enjoyed our dishes. I had chicken & waffles and it was very good, but the accompanying fried egg was overdone and unnecessary. Overall, everyone was pleased and we left full and happy. We will definitely hit ACH for brunch again.”

“I was in Hoover yesterday and was wanting Japanese food. Usually I get Stix in fultondale but the location in Hoover was closed. That is what lead me to find Sumo’s. Honestly, I think their food was better anyways! I ordered three hibachi chicken dinners with fried rice, one without onions, all to go. They got the order correct and weren’t difficult about the no onion order (which is rare to find)! The food was ready fast and prepared well to travel with. I would definitely go back again! It was a great dinner for me and my family!”
