“First I want to start with everyone I came into contact with was very nice and helpful starting with the young lady working the front desk(sorry I cant remember her name). But shout out to Emily for making me feel comfortable from the time she started helping me. You can tell she is genuine in what she does. I was a ball of nerves from bad experiences at other dental offices but Dr. Carson was awesome. Yes dental health can be expensive that's everywhere. But good service is priceless. Its a very cute open office, Netflix is a option, blankets are available but the icing on the cake for me was when Emily gave me a single use warm towel to clean my face after my extraction. I have never been to a dentist office with so much thought into the small things. Cant wait to start my new dental plan with them.”

“First time visiting Aspen Dental and I’m impressed. Staff members are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward. I am having some issues with my teeth and I explained that when I called to make my initial appointment. I was told upfront that the first visit would be an evaluation. Pretty much common sense since they know nothing of my history. My initial impression is their equipment is state of the art which I had become accustomed to with my previous dentist. After the X-rays were completed the dental hygienist examined my teeth and made notes. She explained what needed to be done and asked if I had any questions. The dentist came and talked to me based upon what had already taken place and discussed the options that were available. Office staff researched my insurance and gave me the estimates of my expenses for the options I’d been given. She scheduled me for a cleaning for the following week. So far I am pleased with what I have experienced. I left with a good feeling because of Kaitlyn, Dawn and Dr. Drew.”

“First check up with Aspen Dental 2023. Receptionist: Welcomed me and professionally checked me in for my appointment. She also took and made copies of my dental insurances. I was called back and x-rayed; every step was explained to me. We went over my medical history, medications, and allergies. This young lady treated me as a person and reassured me when I couldn't think of something pertaining to my medication. The Doctor was fabulous; he listened to me and addressed my concerns in a professional manner. He explained that they will address my situation more once I return from the impending surgeon. I suffer from Optical Migraines once or twice a year, so when I call to get in, the staff says sorry her next appointment is months out. This place is only good for your annual appointment. Imagine if your family doctor was like that.”
