After going to 3 other stores looking for a specific pair of jeans, I walked in Kohl's and was in & out in no time with the jeans. The associate found them almost immediately and the size I needed was the first one he picked up. There was 1 person checking out when I got to the front, a sweet lady named Reka went to another register to wait on me. She was very friendly and efficient. I can't remember if I've ever had shopping experience as good anywhere before. I hate to shop but if all my experiences were half as nice as that one, I might actually enjoy shopping.
