“My husband and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home. We called around to see who would be the fastest to come out as I am 9 months pregnant and obviously need quick access to our home. The young lady advised him that she had someone available at the moment. My husband explained to the young lady that someone at another company had another customer ahead of us so we’d cancel with them and book our services with Imperial. She then all of a sudden began dismissing him and quoted that because of our actions of calling someone else AT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY, she needed a payment now while simultaneously refusing our service and basically pushed us away. Payment up front was not a problem… she only requested a payment after he explained about getting the quickest service. He had her on speaker and the interaction was a bit disgusting and felt a bit racist. I works never recommend Imperial to anyone. She was a poor representation of the company.”

“Update - After having my warranty denied and Discount Tire refusing to rotate and balance my tires, I took the car to Firestone. They checked my tires, said there is good tread (5/32 inch) and did the rotation/balance no problem. Seems America's Tire/Discount Tire goes out of their way to deny warranties. Such a shame, they used to be the exception. 15+ year customer, but will no longer do business with them. Discount Tire/America's Tire used to have next level customer service, which is what set them apart. I have had tires replaced that were a little under minimum tread under warranty. I had a tire that was cut down replaced under warranty that I didn't even buy at America's Tire (Only had to purchase a tire certificate which was half the price of a new tire). They have taken old tires/wheels when they didn't have to, because they looked up my account and saw how long I had been a customer. But now that type of service has gone away. It seems now they just look for reasons to deny the warranties that are purchased. They denied one of mine because I had my tires rotated at about 5700 miles rather than the 5000 miles. They refuse to rotate tires because they said one tire was under minimum tread depth on a small part of the inside edge because of a toe out issue. When I asked about replacing the tire, suddenly all tires were under depth (They're not, see my update with Firestone above), and they would not do anything unless all four were replaced. These examples have happened at different stores, in different states. So I assume this is not a single store issue, but more of a corporate shift in policy. My experience is they have abandoned their exceptional customer service to be like everyone else. Find any reason to deny warranties and increase revenue through new tire purchases when they're not necessarily needed. I was a long time customer because of the way they took care of their customers. I don't see a reason to be a customer there any more. If you get tires there, definitely don't get the warranty, they are worthless!”

“Nice they didn’t haggle the price of the car but they definitely try to haggle the car max care plane they offer, I told them i don’t want it and they tried to ask me with 3 different people if i wanted it and why i didn’t want it, pathetic. Still bought the car good price they didn’t clean it like i asked probably because i declined their car max care but other than that great. The sales people are so slow they milk that process, for why idk. We got there for a 1:30 appointment didn’t leave till 6:30. “My F150 3.5L 4x4 was rattling on cold start up. Terry Williams (service mgr.) scheduled it in very quick diagnosed it to be a cam phasers...a major engine repair. Quickly ordered parts and repaired it... truck was back on the road 3 days total. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I have NEVER have never had this level of satisfaction with a dealer. Kudos to the entire service department. See Terry! Update; Was in a hurry had brake job done by another dealers service department (Gilbert/Baugh) they didn’t not fix My brakes so I called Terry he got my truck in same day the techs had to redo what was not done correctly by the other dealer and now my brakes are perfect. This was my second visit to their service department and both times I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with their work.”
